I’m from Malaysia. This is my honest and sincere remarks about Bang good.com.I just bought a drone model HUBSAN H501S ADVANCE PROFESSIONAL version. The Price Bang good offer me is RM1179.12 including postage which is very very much cheaper than other online shops in Malaysia which offer same model with Basic version. Other oversea site they don’t have price in Malaysia Ringgit (RM). Check it before you belief it.

Worst experience with a product and online store that I ever had!
I bought a drone some months ago and the quality control is so bad that after some time the drone exploded and was on fire. Very dangerous for children or even people. Take care with what you order because the quality is….
Their support doesn’t want to refund me or get me a replace, so for me it’s the last time I have bought something from this online shop.

They were a great company for the several years I used them but something has happened over the past couple months (7/16 thru 9/16). I have received 3 RC Helicopters from them ranging in price from $40 to over $100 and they were all broke out of the box. I also received one as a gift and it wouldn’t even power up out of the box.
One of the other helicopters I purchase, the blades just flew off when I powered it up the first time. I even made sure they clicked on once I put them back on, yet they flew off again. It’s like they are buying seconds or something.
Bang goods reponse has been horrible. They did not replace the helicopters, they wanted to send electronic boards and I was supposed to take these things apart and somehow dismember them and solder the new boards in. I would NEVER get this sort of support from Amazon.
Finally, the last Helicopter I received as a gift, they refused to replace. Their idea of support is the person who bought it for me should “RE-PURCHASE” the dead helicopter for half price.
We wil never buy from them again. Customer service is so poor and no longer exist.

Two months ago I ordered FPV glasses (Eachine EV800) on Banggood site . Unfortunately, goggles were uncomfortable without foam pads and uncomfortable sitting on my face. Yesterday I received an additional spounge pad from Banggood for free without notifications and requests from my side .

after 20+ orders, Ive had 2 incidents of receiving a wrong item in an order. Each time I just send them a photo and short message they respond QUICKLY, apologize and rectify the issue by sending you a replacement.
It’s a relief to not have to jump through hurdles to get customer service!
