I’ve been making small orders because of european customs charges. However, I can say Bangood has an excelent support regarding all aspects of their service. Every time an item got delayed or damaged It was offered me the chance to resend or refund the item!
This order was delayed an I received the resent, as expected (just had to wait for it).
I had a minor issue with a product and Banggood took immediate care of the problem…Very good service.
I had a problem with packaging, product arrived defective.
Banggood-Service was great, nice email contact and instantly I got a refund.
This order did not arrived (shipment systems not always is working as due) but as usually BangGood is assuming also this responsability and resend the material.

I’ve had a problem of track (two zop battery). The banggood’s customers service solve this problem by sending a new package. I advise to order in this site!

Whenever I have had a problem with a missing or defective item, they never give me the run around, they offered to refund or replace the item. I shop most of the china online retailers and Banggood is my favourite.
My first parcel never arrived, it was lost after crossing the border. I wrote about the problem to the customer service and they accepted to send a new one immediately.I really appreciate Emma Yan’s attention and kindness. I am very satisfied for their service.
