I am going through the same thing! They took my money and won’t respond. They said it was out of stock and basically pick something else. I had to work with pay pal to get my money back.
This place is indeed a scam. I purchased bedding and I received the item. In their picture is was yellow/gold but when I received it, it was peach and silver. When I emailed them for a refund their response was, “Due to the different light and shooting angles, it may look a bit different in your hand.
This is very common, please don’t worry.
And we don’t accept return like this.

this people are so rude and also i think its a scam they always have the same person on online chat his name is jeremy hes there 24/7 there is none else to talk to if they were a company i sure the would have more people working
so if you dont get the service you want from pretty much you fucked hes the only one there so dont buy from these people its a scam i canceled my order and im still awaiting for a full refund
