It took forever to get my order, and everything too small!

Do Not Buy From Berrylook. Ever. Whether the management is mentally challenged, deliberately criminal or simply delusional and/or ignorant of cultural norms in the US as to how customers expect to be treated. Its total scam. Cute-enough booties arrived 3 weeks after order, the pinks ones with a broken zipper. I immediately e-mailed berrylook and they asked for photos, which I provided. They then proceeded to tell me that they do not provide return shipping, even for defectives, and that since shipping would be so expensive for me, they would store-credit $7.00 – “is that ok?” No, it was not. So, over 35 – 35!! – emails later, and what seemed to be a deliberate attempt to delay me with additional run around and requests for more photos, I got PayPal involved under their Buyer Protection. Once this happened I immediately heard back from berrylook that I would receive a refund but that it might take 15 days. It took much longer and required additional e-mails from me offering to reopen my PayPal claim against them to get it. Oh, did I mention that the shoes are literally sized 1 full size smaller than described? Bottom line, scam, run around, constant polite responses refusing refunds, and after 35+ e-mails, and a PayPal dispute claim, I FINALLY got my refund 3 months after I ordered. And, the refund was only for the pink defective pair, and a black pair that had not yet shipped, and which I’d cancelled immediately when I saw how the things are sized. I did agree to take the hit on the cost of a stone-colored pair that I’d worn outside, where I discovered the sizing/cut issues. SO, at then end of this fiasco, I have no wearable booties from berrylook, but lost over $35.00 between the unwearable, unreturnable stone boots and the return shipping to their California wearhouse address (they tried to have me ship to China, but I refused). I wish I’d read 3rd party reviews (they have a few set-fgenerated positive reviews on their site).
I ordered a green kalf length coat……. what I recieved was a cheap NYLON blouse that barely coverd my thighs. I wanted a refund but I have to send it back first which cost more than what I bought the coat for. What a rippof. I have orderd lots of artikels from China but this company are thiefs and cheats. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ONLINE SHOP.
I am shocked that the Mailonline is still carrying adverts for this site it is a total con. Disgusting products. Nothing like the photos and no returns address on the “goods” when you open the package. they were so bad I didn’t even open past the first item. disgusting that due diligence does not apply to advertising on UK sites
I have written to complain to the newspaper that carried this advertisement. They have not carried out due diligence on the company or the product. it is absolutely disgusting that these creatures can be allowed to advertise in respectable on line sites. they are liars and thieves.
UNEQUIVOCALLY THE NASTIEST PRODUCTS I HAVE EVERY ENCOUNTERED. I HAVE TRIED TO RETURN BUT SURPRISE, SURPRISE THERE IS NO RETURNS ADDRESS AND NO RESPONSE WHEN I EMAIL THEM. CHARLATANS AND CHEATS.

Man was I had. Spent 70$ on an order of tops that were AT LEAST 6 sizes too small. I send my request for a refund the day after I received the order (a month after placing the order). The Order Number wasn’t sufficient, they needed my credit card info. I refused to give that, finally found the original package info and sent in the request AGAIN. Their reply: “will it be possible to give others as a gift and we would like to refund $ 15 or offer $ 20 cash coupon to you as a way to make up for this?”
Ordered 11/13 received 12/10 – RIDICULOUS! When I inquired as to what the hold up was, I was told that I needed to “be patient and wait for the system to update”. Bologna!
Then after receiving my two garments, they were completely not as described and waaaaay too small – I used the size chart.
Upon inquiring about a return, they sincerely told me to try and give to someone that it would fit because I would have to foot the bill to send it back. I’m not sending it back to have them not refund my money.
Buyer – beware! No, buyer – DO NOT BUY! You are dealing with people who do not care.
Very poor quality. Looks nothing like i ordered. Ordered 3x when i wear 1 or 2 x to be sure roomy! It fit like a child size on me! Their site does not really let you enter legitimate opinion and experience. Apprently the glowing reviews are created by the company! Doubt i will safely get refund and am almost afraid to try!
After reading here appears promise on site of a refund id boggus. Tell you to donate item!!! They MAY send 10 gift card. Certainly will never order from here again.

SIZES do run 2 sizes small. I ordered XL for size 10. I needed 3X according to clothing size reality.

I ordered 6 items from this unscrupulous company on the 24th of July. The amount I owed was immediately charged to my credit card. The first item eventually showed up at the beginning of October and the next item a week later. Both were too small so I made inquiries about returning the items to be informed that I should give the items away as gifts as the return shipping charges would be too expensive. WHAT A CHEEK!! Since then no further items have arrived so I have effectively been robbed of nearly $300. Please, please whatever you do, do not do business with this company of scoundrels.
Wish i had found this before i got taken! All i could find then were glowing remarks. I had to google for consumer remarks for berrylook to get here! Not even fit to donate! Fit only for trash!
Another dissatisfied customer. 3 1/2 months and still no refund. Clothes run very small and, as usual, you get what you pay for do cheap buys cheap.
Did you actually find a return address? I cannot find any on website customer service. I ordered 5 items. All 2 sizes too small in reality.
Ordered 4 dresses. So extremely small and one dress the side seem was not sewn up. Sent all back according to instructions and they refuse to refund my money, It is a real problem dealing with them. I will never order from them , they have lied to and are not to be trusted. Also it took months to receive the items they came at different times and I had to keep calling.
COULD YOU SHARE THE RETURNS ADDRESS. I WANT TO AT LEAST TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

can say be careful of online shopping at Walmart, have had two bad experiences with them, so just be careful. Have a very wonderful

If you get the items, they will be 2 sizes too small. Then you have to fight for return and refund.
