I ordered an AMP tablet from these scammers. The first day I got it, no sound. Did a reset as suggested by what they laughingly call support. No luck. 2nd day the power plug literally fell apart. Finally reported them to PayPal (useless) but still haven’t gotten my money back and PayPal closed because they couldn’t get proof I sent it back. Even though the USPS shows it tracked back to Chicago. I would say to ANYONE: DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They are nothing more than rip-offs!

18.10 placed the order. DHL delivery. Today 29.10-online order is no traffic.
Repeatedly communicated with the support-receiving unsubscribe “today we will give your order is sent to the department, he will be sent tomorrow.” The text is the same.
Probably, I will open a dispute on the PP and withdraw money

Received my Pipo M9 tablet from Hong Kong by way of DHL a couple of hours ago after waiting 9 business days for it, and the screen is messed up. I have removed the two screen protectors that were over the device and the screen is still this way. Deals Prime only had a very thin layer of foam in between the tablet screen and the box as padding, and then the whole box was wrapped in bubble wrap. The screen looks like it had pressure damage to it. It remains very dark in the center when turned off, and when turned on, extremely light in the center.

Deals Prime did not wrap the tablet properly, nor did it say “fragile” on the package so that DHL wouldn’t put heavier items on it.

I want to get reimbursed, and have Deals Prime cover the cost of returning the defective item to them.

I ordered iMito MX2 on 11/29 for $ 51.86. The price of the product was $55.59 the day I ordered and company gave a discount of $1 by default for all who buy this product and came down to $ 54.59. I found a coupon code “SAVEMORE1” and I applied this coupon on this order, which also gave me a discount of 5% on $54.59 which is $2.73 and came down to $51.86 ( total discount 3.73).

I paid $51.86 for this product (iMito MX2) via Paypal on 11/29

The website said this is preorder product for 1-2 weeks. I sent an email 2 times within last 2 weeks, I never got any reply. When I checked the status

on friday 12/15, status was “batch of 5000 products that we received from manufacturer is defective so we have to wait until early January to receive the next batch from manufacturer ”

Also the price of the product was updated to $62 + ( i dont remember the exact cents)

on sunday 12/16, status was “This product should be available on on monday 12/17 for shipping ”
the price of the product was updated to $58.99

on monday 12/17 (CST midnight 12/16) status was “This is product is available for shipping” with price $58.99

After seeing the latest status, I did initiate online chat with Amy, to check when it’ll be shipped. she asked me the order number. I gave the order number # 101797. she did review the order and asked me how did I get the discount of $3.73. I explained $1 default discount for this product and $2.72 is 5% discount for the coupon code “SAVEMORE1”. she mentioned that the coupon is not suppose to be active. she immediately cancelled my order and refunded the amount on the paypal, while we were chatting, without notifying me.

I’m not sure what was my mistake here. if the coupon is not suppose to be active why was the coupon code accepted on the website for the order that I made on 11/29. I have the copy of the receipt as well. Even if she had asked me to pay $2.72 which was the coupon discount, I would have paid her but she directly cancelled the order while we were discussing. I don’t know it was cancelled until I refreshed the webpage and saw the order was cancelled. is this the way they treat customer who patiently waits for an order to be shipped for past 2 weeks since 11/29.

They try to cheat people for extra bucks.

    1. Update on the product keeps changing every day, dont understand what is exactly happening.
    2. Price for the product keep changing so they dont want to lose extra bucks.
    3. They never respond to customers email.

This was the note mentioned on the paypal refund.

“please do not use that old discount code. We can ship to you for the old price of $55.49.”

I purchased two Ainol Crystal Tablets from deals prime with express shipping which was an additional $30.00. Their website stated that I would receive the item within 12 to 14 days I purchased November 21 thinking I would receive the item the beginning of December plenty of time for Christmas. I kept checking on my order and it kept saying in progress not shipped.

I continually tried emailing and calling them with no response the last day I called on December 5th and only got a busy signal all morning so that indicated to me that they had a lot of upset costumers or they took the phone off the hook.
I contacted paypal to file a claim and said they had within 10 days to respond. I emailed them telling them that I had done so since they were not contacting me to address my concerns. Paypal refunded my money in full within about 12 hours.
Deals Prime sent me an email saying:

    Hello,
Our description should say that we are still waiting on our next batch with new and improved screens. Hopefully, they should arrive on Monday. If your order is time sensitive, then you can re-submit your order using express shipping option. We will issue a full refund.

My recommendation to you all do not purchase from dealsprime.com they completely misrepresent themselves with horrid customer service!

This site is the same chinagrabber.com
They just changed their name to attract more new customers and pretend they never had any bad reputation.
    Very bad and slow communication.
Be aware: if you order more than one item – even if you receive your package – it will miss some other articles, and you will not be able to prove anything to Paypal (E.g. there’s a tracking id for your shipment that would indicate – delivered(!), but there’s no way to prove that it’s missing part of your order).
I highly recommend not to deal with them.

I had very bad experience with AMPE A10 and Dealsprime in general. I ended up spending $300 for a tablet (AMPE A10) that only worked for 5 days. After 2 of these tablets and a lot of headache I managed to get back only $136 as they are selling faulty products, make you pay for postage to be sent back and on top of this charge you $48 restock fee.
    DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE.
