    So I ordered my Ainol Nova 7 Crystal Ipad for just over R1000, it sells for R2999 in SA.
    Order 10/19, received this morning 29/10. 10 days!
    I was very nervous after reading all the negative reviews but I could not be happier with the service from Dinodirect. I will definitely buy from them again!
    Obviously you need to use a well known courier like DHL, +-R240, was able to track the parcel.
    For all those that complained….Everyone knows you don’t order clothes from China, obviously you will have problem with size and quality!

    DO NOT USE DEALEXTREME, THEY ARE DISORGANIZED, SLOW AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE RECOVERY.

    DX MISLEAD ME INTO PAYING FOR REGISTERED MAIL AND NOT SEND ME ANYTHING TILL NOW (20 DAYS)

    On the 3rd of October I ordered many items as birthday presents. i bought 5 x iphone 5 cable and since it was in bulk i had to pay registered mail fee, and since i was already paying for a registered mail, i added 4+ more items. It was in processing stage for 7 days till i sent an email to them. They gave a lame excuse then told me my iphone 5 cables were out of stock, but they have already shipped them. So i told them to cancel my COMPLETE order and give me a full refund. they told me i could only get the full refund after i shipped it back to them.

    why do i as the customer have to clean up the messed they created while misleading me into purchasing with them??

    1. They sold me an out of stock item which i have already made payment for 1 week prior
    2. Then they continued to charge me the registered fee.
    3. Before they confirmed with me if i wanted to cancell the complete order they went ahead to send me the in stock good without mt approval.
    4. i told them they could retreve the package with whoever they are using, they told me to ship it back to them then i would recieve my full refund.

    In summary, they charged me full price (incl reg mail), then they told me sold out and sent me the rest of the items without my approval. And even till now, the “remainding stock’ has still not arrived!
    A complete joke the way things have turned up!

    When I looked for a Joyoung soya maker the results we mostly from Dinodirect and they all said free shiping .I found one for £57 and bought it ,I had no email confirmation ,so i went back to look and they were charging £54 postage .There is no way I agreed to that and so assumed the deal must of fallen through some how .I got the item today and they have charged $95.39 +$30 .
    So is it free ,is it £54 or is it $30 ? I will tell you what it is it is a rip off company run by dinosaurs.
    I want to send it back but fear the whole problem could get worse .

    I have recently tried Dinodirect and unlike others, I have found them to be OK. The goods I ordered have arrived, the products were cheap and postage free (note: not all their products have free postage, those that don’t are clearly labelled with postage costs).

    I have very good experience with them .. 1) they do fix problems with your shipment if anything is wrong with it, 2) they often have great prices and discount codes on some products (next up, Thanksgiving and Black Friday!), 3) the way they represent themselves (DD warehouse video, website design, DD-branded merchandise, website functionality, pre-ship photos, etc.) has a warm “personal touch” and creates a unique fun friendly shopping atmosphere. Either one likes it, or makes fun of it.

    Just wanted to let you know that I am also another victim of the Dino Direct SCAM.

    I Ordered something (76328982-DD), waited 6 months and eventually the item never arrived and complained and they gave me a credit.

    Ordered the same stuff again, 6 months later order didn’t arrive, now they say they aren’t going to give me anything because I took too long to report it.

    What a scam, how they can get a way with taking your money and giving you nothing for it is beyond me.

    I would advise everyone to stay away and not believe all the reviews they write themselves.

    I ordered a couple flashlights, a tank007 e08 and e09 on the 31st of Aug. Received notice of shipping on the 3rd of Sept. It came in the mail today the 13th. I was a little worried when I ordered them,but they came thru really fast. I am pleased. So +1 for DinoDirect.

    I ordered Spy camera system online from Dinodirect.com . Paid 125$ more than a month ago. I have sent several reminders. I got one reply which said the item will be shipped from China to my shipping address in Singapore. After that last 2 weeks they have been silent. I did not know this is Chinese site. Keeping my fingers crossed

    I PAID FOR A DOG GROOMING CLIPPER WITH MY CREDIT CARD. THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY CREDIT CARD AND I WAS GIVEN A POSTAGE NO FROM DINODIRECT AND TOLD THAT THE PARCEL WOULD ARRIVE IN SOUTH AFRICA BY THE 2 AUGUST 2012. IT IS NOW THE 5 SEPTEMBER 2012 AND MY PARCEL HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED. I HAVE PHONED THE POSTAL SERVICE HERE IN SOUTH AFRICA ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE PARCEL IS NOT IN THE COUNTRY AS YET. PLEASE HELP. mRS VALARIA WHITTLE.

    I ordered 2 dresses in May, received one in early June, but it was the wrong size and shoddy workmanship. I mailed them about 10 times, had online chats, sent pictures of the dress and my measurements, but they just ignore the bad workmanship and say that the size is correct even with the proof of the pictures. They have now offered me 30 dollar of a dress that cost more than a R1000-00. The other dress has not arrived yet and when you ask them, they just say go to your Post Office. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DINODIRECT

    I ordered 3 items from DINODIRECT.com on July 18th-I finally received the items August 13th! Not only did it take almost a month, but 2 of the items were defective! I also paid a $.99 extra fee for return shipping. They did not send return labels, so I called them. They told me they would not return the items!!!! They said it was my fault I ORDERED THEM!!! They said they would give me a $20 gift card to purchase more of their crappy items! I told them no, I just want to return them! The CUSTOMER SERVICE REP told me they absolutely would not pay to have them shipped back because it was too expensive! And to boot she told me it was my fault for ordering them in the first place…WHAT???

    I am now going to dispute the charges, they sent me an email stating only after I PAY for return shipping AND THEY receive the items will they then DECIDE if I get a refund???? Do not ever shop with them!!!!

    Do not buy anything from this company. They are nothing but a group of fraudsters, who practice bait and switch, and are flat out liars. Even when you try to contact their customer service, they give you the run around. When you start pointing out their own policies in regards to refunds they disconnect you. There are SOOOOOOOOO many complaints about this company all over the internet and the complaints come from all over the world. Hopefully someone will either get this company shut down or make them pay severe fines for their fraudulent actions against consumers.

    I have now been waiting for 13 days for an order to be shipped from Dino Direct. I have never waited this long with any other company for an order to be shipped. First, they said the item was not in stock and then they said they had it and they would be shipping it out. Then, they said wait 48 hours three times not sure if they are calculating how many hours I have actually been waiting. They have horrible customer service, horrible shipping and I am hoping an praying my order gets here. I will NEVER do business with these idiots EVER again!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

    I’ve bought various items of photographic equipment from DinoDirect in two completed orders so far. Up to this point I’ve (eventually) got everything I ordered. The items were of good quality and generally as described. However some of their website descriptions are for a completely different product… possibly a language issue? DinoDirect usually processes the orders in a few days and then China Post takes over if it’s a ‘Free Postage’ item. China Post is unbelievably slow and it can take six weeks for you to actually get the package. Their tracking system is crazy… it was still saying my package was at Shanghai International after it arrived in Sydney.

    A couple of times I’ve tried DinoDirect’s online chat system and the person at the other end responded quickly and politely. Weeks after I received my first order, I got an e-mail checking that I really had got it. I have no doubt that other people have had problems with DinoDirect, especially with clothes. However they’re not a bunch of shonks and they give me the impression that they make a big effort to get things right and are learning from their mistakes.

    The best online shop!

    After placing several orders at DinoDirect, all I can say is that I am pleased with them. You can trust on them.

    I never have had any trouble with them, mostly because their customer service is excellent for asking things about the items before ordering them. Or for any issue after ordering them.

    I always have received the item I ordered. The order processing time is very low. They are the fastests!!!

    I will continue purchaseing at DinoDirect, they are 100% recommended.

    I trust on them.
