I won a diving flashlight from EachBuyer on a forum. The flashlight is very nice and meets the specs listed on the site. The light arrived very quickly, despite the shipping from China and the fact that EachBuyer was under no obligation to be quick since it was a prize. The representative asked me to write a review for the forum and was very understanding when I explained there would be a significant delay.
the reason I like eachbuyer is not because the products are perfect or the best price but the service, whenever I have a question they will always reply promptly, like last time I ordered a led light, it broken (things happen) when I took photos to them, they refund me immdiately..according to my experience with other shops, the refunding can be pain in the ass, lol but eachbuyer does a good job on these issues!!

I will paied the order on August 1 with a delivery of 6-10 days. Finally I received the order 22 days later and when I received it the adapter of LED not working. I sent an email claiming a new adapter. Now have passed 15 days from my email and no response.
Bad provider. Bad response. Bad delivery.

Un mois de livraison et alors ? C’est clairement indiqué sur le site lors de la commande ! 1 à 2 jours pour la préparation et 10 à 20 jours de livraison donc une livraison qui prend au maximum 22 jours donc pratiquement 1 mois !
