Ai consumatori Italiani: state lontani da Ericdress. I prezzi sono alti la merce è di scarsa qualità come i negozi cinesi in Italia. Inoltre spagliano spesso le taglie e le loro tabelle sono inaffidabili. Se ricevete una taglia sbagliata e capita facilmente (leggete su internet le recensioni) restituire il capo dall’Italia costa circa 25 euro di spedizione. Il che rende inutile il reso. Anche se l’errore lo fanno loro se ne fregano e l’unica cosa che rispondono è quella di farvi un grande sconto se ricomprate l’articolo della taglia giusta! il loro mega sconto è di 10 dollari!!! Protestare è inutile tanto rispondono sempre con la stessa filastrocca e molto spesso non riescono a capire neppure cosa scrivete (in inglese), Provato sulla mia pelle ..spesi 70 euro per un cappotto che non indosserò mai. alla larga!!

I purchased a pair of shoes on March 12. Today is March 25 and still NO SHOES!!!
China tells me is was shipped and gave me a tracking number. I get an email that is supposedly from the USPS and when I queried, the USPS said they have no information on my package and for me to contact the sender (which is in China)!

If you ready to pay and forget about money and never be able to communicate with this store, this is a right place. Not to have a dress on the day you need it! I made an order on April 11 and on the 12th everything was paid, for 3 weeks status is not changing, I sent number of messages, no answers, phones not connecting, people think before you order! No dates when (if any) dress will be ready! Good-by my money!(if not worth) Going to by a prom dress for my daughter in the regular store.
