made my first purchase on GearBest a little over a month ago and was amazed at the store in many ways. I had tried to buy the same product on another site but I had many problems with all my credit cards (until now I do not understand why), and at GearBest I was able to make the same purchase quite easily with no problems at a better price than the previous site. Points are pretty easy to collect. Their customer after-service responds quickly and they offer 1-year guarantee for mobile phones. Phone arrived after about 2-3 weeks by Priority Line from UK which allow to avoid custom charges in my country. Overall my experience with this shop is very good. I can recommend it to everyone who are still thinking. I bet it’s even safer than AliExpress.

I am very satisfied with my orders from gearbest.com. I am a member actively since 3 months and i have ordered over 40 items. Much of them arrived to me in 20 days at most. One of them was faulty. I have bought a xiaomi rgb led light, and it has a small working voice. I uploaded evidence and opened a ticket, they have suggested me refunding full money or sending the item back.
I know English very fluently so I don’t need Turkish language services but Gearbest have Turkish workers for us.
