    Ordered 2x leagoo m9 which was in presale on the 14th January 2017 and next day they said in stock so i waited and they didnt send tracking details or update me so ive opened a paypal dispute and hope to get my money back. geekbuying say they answer messages within 24 hours so ive sent them 3 messages and no reply. Avoid them as they are scammers.

    THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND PAYPAL PROTECTS THEM!!!

    I bought 2 Mi Band 2’s off GeekBuying, which in truth, I eventually got them after waiting for a month longer than they said they would be, BUT after that…

    I got an email from GeekBuying after that with an offer of BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. That was the headline banner with the stock coming from the Spanish warehouse. Living in the UK means that it would mean no import duty taxes had to be paid so I placed an order for Mobile phone and an in car charger, PLUS I paid an extra premium to have them returned to a local (wasn’t sure if this meant UK or Spanish) address, but either way it’s better and cheaper than China!

    Well that is part of the scam because in reality the offer was buy one and get a cheap shitty pack of usb cables!

    After placing the order I got the order confirmation email off them with the usb pack added, I immediately emailed them canceling my order.

    I got no reply!

    2 days later I got another email saying my order had been processed and shipped!

    I emailed them again informing them that I had cancelled my order.

    Again I got no reply!

    When the order arrived I emailed them again saying that it was a scam and that I would be claiming a full refund via PayPal.

    I got a reply! They said… “You misunderstood us, it’s buy one get a free gift”

    So they know the difference in English between the both but put buy one get one free, knowing that it’s a fraudulent statement because they do know the difference in the wording!

    I thought I would be safe because I used PayPal Credit to pay, but FFS PayPal are as corrupt as GeekBuying!

    I contacted PayPal for a full refund, they said they would be processing it as a “goods not as described” transaction and would be contacting the seller for their side of the situation.

    This is not a goods as described transaction, THIS IS FRAUD/DECEPTION!

    I uploaded copies of the emails I had sent canceling the order, plus the email GeekBuying had sent me about it being me that was mistaken, plus the email with the offer saying BOGOF, and PayPal still insist that it’s a goods not as described transaction!

    I then got an email from PayPal saying that I have to send the order back to CHINA AT MY OWN EXPENSE for PayPal to give me a refund! It’s going to cost me £60 to send the order to China!

    I then uploaded a copy of the invoice proving that I had paid extra money for the local return address service!

    PayPal ARE NOT INTERESTED!

    I have sent 12, yes TWELVE emails to PayPal and they just reiterate that they are sorry that I’m not happy with their service, but I must send them to China as that is the address that GeekBuying has provided them with!

    So now I’m taking PayPal to the small claims court for all of my money (£160.00) that I lost on the purchase, plus the £60 return postage costs!

    DO NOT TRUST EITHER COMPANY!

    PayPal is more interested in protecting the corrupt seller because they get more money from them than the buyers!

    I received a damaged product and cannot get support but had to open a PayPal dispute that I will turn into a claim in a few days. Geekbuying replied to the dispute but only to tell me to email them (which I did multiple attempts) and promised I’d get contacted. So fare not one single communication about the issue. Even the chat wasn’t helpful: service02 only acknowledge my having an issue and promised I’d be contacted but days later I have not had contact. Besides filing a dispute, these review websites are apparently the only other way to get a response from Geekbuying, but it seems only for “show”.

    They are god damn scammers. DO NOT TRUST THEM

    I read multiple reviews on these guys AFTER already sending them money VIA paypal.

    I Never received a tracking number for a 340$ drone I had purchased a week ago. They said it was shipped 5 days ago but still no tracking number. I got nervous so I emailed them, they say they respond to all emails within 48 hours max, well its been past that and still no response!

    So I called paypal and immediately opened a claim. I heard they wait to ship your stuff so the 45 day paypal claim limit passes which makes it impossible to open a claim with paypal and get your money back. Luckily im smarter then you d!ck’s and opened one already. This present was suppose to be for a 12 year old boy for Christmas , and what you were just going to steal from him?!

    Karma will get you guy’s . pathetic lowlives. you guys should be happy and feel lucky you live thousands of miles away from the people your ripping off . losers. have a horrible Christmas, you guys are going to hell for this.

    I ordered a phone and several other things from geekbuying. I paid via Western Union and they didn’t manage to confirm the payment or even pick up the money within 3 weeks! Western Union has cost me 10€ just for the payment.

    When I talked to the customer service, they told me they shipped it already, when I asked for confirmation of the shippend the following day, they knew about nothing.

    So all in all, I’ve lost more than 3 weeks of my time and 10€ to Western Union. Customer Service takes ages and they even lied to me.
    I’m going to buy somewhere else and will stay away from them in the future.

      Also put your recommendation for Geekbuying on social media like Google+, Facebook, etc…
      Those a strong authorative domains, meaning they have a high ranking in search engines. Geekbuying has a reasonable raning at http://www.resellersrating.com. That is where the encourage their customers to write a review. On other review sites Geekbuying has a poor ranking. They are scammers. Bring it to the open.

    When they sent you a broken device, they hardly respond to your email, and if the do it is complete nonsense. the keep you waiting until the time to open a Paypal dispute has passed. The worst customer service ever, their prices are avarage, they ask to write a positive review even before shipping. They are not trustworthy, not at all. See http://www.geekbuyingscam.com

    “I order a phone that appeared not to be working. Geekbuying admitted the problem, but keeps lingering sending an RMA to return the defective device. Obviously I lost over 300 euro. Never buy something at Geekbuying, they are not trustworthy.”

    I bougt an android stick from geekbuying, pay for device and DHL fast shipping, i ask for tracking number and they sent me a number for tracking, after 2 weeks the tracking number still dosent work, and ask again , and they said ” you need to pay 37$ more or we ship it air mail” i dont want to pay, and want to refund, and they didnt refund! i dispute paypal, i am still waiting for refund from paypal, and they said ” back your dispute and we will refund your money ))) They lie, according to eye…

    j’ai acheter un video door phone chez eu
    le produit n’etait pas neuf et en plus deffectueux livré avec des rayures,
    apres plusieurs reclamation et plusieurs video pour prouver mes dires il ont enfin reconnu leur
    responsabiliter il mon proposer de leur renvoyer.
    les frais de retour etant a ma charge biensur en m’expliquant que s’il y avait des rayures sur l’appareil ce serait pour ma pomme et qu’il deduirai les frais de reparation un comble.
    j’attend le verdict du gestionnaire de litige aupres de paypal.maintennant vous ne pourrai plus dire que vous n’etiez pas au courant

    seller sold defect tablets and issued me an RMA. after receiving my return product for over a month never refunded me.

    by then them delaying me and making me wait the paypal dispute period is over.
    they stop responding to my email and I get no refund 🙁

    between cost of tablet and shipping back to them I lost nearly $$300. Not to mention also my time wasted and having to deal with the hassle of everything to try to get money back

    I found this website geekbuying.com online and then they claimed that they are wholesaler of consumer electronics ranging from smart phones, laptops, tablet pc. I didn’t pay attention that they are located in China. They told me one price but then they wanted to charge me additional sum.

    I bought the LX-1 cell phone from them.It took 1 month to arrive..

    It takes 2 weeks for each complaint to be answered and their English is very poor’. Sometimes their answers are so far from my question that I wonder if they even understood my question;. My phone does not work:. The charging port sometimes makes contact and sometimes does not”.

    The battery does not hold a charge,. My phone came all scratched up and the inside parts are falling out:.

    No manual came with the phone and when they finally sent a manual, it was not for my phone!.Yes I know that my phone was inexpensive but it should at least be usable.
