Absolutely HORRIBLE company. Ordered a ring/necklace in November 2016. Didn’t receive it so sent a msg to their customer service with no response. Called multiple times….wouldn’t answer…..no answering machine. Stopped payment and finally received merchandise but am currently now getting responses to emails from months ago. Don’t waste your time. It’s only frustrating.
