I ordered a pair of boots in the size 39 just to make sure I ordered the right size I emailed them they told me I ordered a size 35 so I told them to change it to 39. After 3 days of ordering they sent me an email saying the shoes I wanted was out of stock. They are not professional when it comes to dealing with customers. It seems as if the person in customer service is a teenager
I ordered a corset for Halloween I ordered a large. When I got the package after paying for Express Mail. I see that the course it is actually a medium now I cannot even fit a medium in my entire life. I would never ever order a medium and when I ordered it I know I ordered a large even my receipt said so. Now they are saying that it is on me that I didn’t order a large I ordered a medium and that I have to pay to a ship it back and exchange it I told him I want my money back I want every dime of it back. On top of that trying to get ahold of them is impossible!! I had to be forced to email them through the receipt that I had got from them in order to get in contact with them. If you chat with them you have to send it ticket that somebody going to respond to it within 24 to 48 hours which is absurd because by the time you have to ship that back it is beyond the policy for their returns which is so retarded. Also the fact that I paid for express shipping and still have to wait quite some time for them to even start shipping the damn thing. This company sucks when it comes to customer service and I work for a call center and I know that if we can do it 24 /7 then you can do it simple is that! this is not a way for people to want to come back. I see more people with the same problem that I’ve had then I have seen people enjoy this website which is sad and pathetic. Will never order from this company again!!!

dont order in this shop because they are good when you put some orders but they are worst after you put your orders. And how comes i having a big stress in delivery, they said they will ship thru DHL and they shipped in FEDEX, an d now fedex asked me $35 (much expensive than the content of my item ) they are shit! They not care anymore with my query because they get the money already. I ordered in EGOGOG.COM and TOP-DRESSES are also China Shop but i get no problem with customs/courier, i not pay any charge. They used DPEX and transfer in our local courier LBC… They cant clarrify with me why they transfer in FEDEX. Don’t order in this Shop. its sucks a lot.
This is a scam I order a pair of shoes size 42 and insted I got a size 39. When I talk to them they said I order a size 35 and said I couldn’t get a refund. I will never buy from this website again. SCAM

I ordered a pair of togs from there and it took a month to finally get to me. When i opened the package instead of the togs being teal green, they were fluro green, and the underwire was hanging out of them. They are wearable but not what i ordered. Pretty disappointed.
I’ve only ordered small purchases (jewellery & sunglasses) but I am very happy with my orders.
The first order I made took a month but the second, with free shipping, took two weeks to get from China to my country New Zealand.
Very slow to ship but quick to take money. Its not a very professional operation. I would think twice about ordering. Shipping is very high and marked up.

This is one of the worst websites I have ever visited and bought from. I ordered a few items almost 2 months ago and I have yet to receive my items. I tried contacting them over the issue but I never got a response, so I went to try and contact them again and they banned my account. I can no longer access it and I they wont give me my money back!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have also noticed that they have a variety of accounts on EBay and alot of fake Reviews! IT’s like they made different accounts just to get more reviews, you see the same account writing like 10 reviews back to back within the same day!!! WHAT A SCAM!!
I ordered from this website over 3 weeks ago and have not received my items. The items I picked state that they are shipped within 24 hrs (not true). I have tried tracking my package and it says it has not even left Shangai. I tried emailing customer service twice and have not received a response. This is the worst website. Not worth paying the expensive shipping just for some cheaper clothes.

I suggest to never EVER buy from this site. I ordered shoes from them, they sent them all 5 sizes too small, and when I emailed for an exchange they said the error was mine (which is completely untrue) and ran me around in circles with their emails before they just stopped responding. I can never get through on the 1 contact number available that is apparently an American number. They are completely dodgy.
I have been ordering from this site for many beautiful things, especially the shoes are all amazingly cheap and good-looking.
