I was very pleased with the fact it took so long for my order to arrive that I did send an email on my items but the service overall was great they email me right away on my items and told about them when they email me about my items I got them a week after so I decided to send ameil to let them know I had received my item they were very happy that I did and so was I thank you

The customer service from Sally at Newchic was very good however my parcel was despatched on 25 March and as at todays date, 05 May nothing has been received. Sally has offered to refund me, we will wait and see how long the funds are in my account. The Tracking system used is unreliable as well. I do not recommend South Africans attempt to order as our Postal System is rotten.
