If ordering from U.K. Do give plenty of time for delivery, mine took five weeks but it does say on website. Emails were responded to immediately and rucksacks great once received, exactly as described and just what we needed.

I can not speak highly enough of the service I have received from Betty whenever I have an issue with an order. I had an issue with the delivery of my last order, it took an extremely long time to receive it but even with that, Betty was always very very helpful.

Had the misfortune of a missing parcel – which happens – but customer services,namely Setlla was very helpful in sorting out the issues over our order and when it could not be resolved through no fault of Newchic – we got a full refund from the company, which is great and why we would use them again and recommend to a friend.
