    I feel that people should be aware my experiences of PandaHall’s latest policies concerning refunds. When complaining about shoddy products (sometimes it amazes me how certain products can make it through ‘quality’ control) they offer you their standard answer of 20% refund for the cost of the item. When you state that this is not ok as the item is unusable and what about the shipping costs, then now say that you need to ship the faulty items back to their nearest office registered or with tracking (often overseas) for a full refund. Well of course this is going to cost a fortune to send heavy items overseas with tracking, so most people will just give up won’t they, and this is what PandaHall wants. So after my last complaints I opened a case with Paypal for full item refund plus shipping costs. Guess what folks? Even paypal say that I have to ship the goods back at my own expense! Way to go Paypal for siding with a company employing very dubious business methods! I just got off the phone with Paypal and explained the situation, that I am unwilling to spend £50 shipping faulty items worth half that amount and while they were sympathetic and could see my point of view, said that that were just following standard procedure as PandaHall did offer a refund on return of the goods. The only comfort that she could offer, was that if they (Paypal) start to get a lot of claims and complaints against PandaHall, they will break their agreement with them. So I only hope that all dissatisfied PH customers DO open disputes and even call Paypal and make their feeling known because perhaps eventually something will be done. Let’s face it Panda Hall will find it hard to survive if their customers can’t pay through Paypal.

      I received a packet from Panda Hall today. I’m sorry to say that I had to throw the whole packet inn the dirt bin. When I opened the packet, I discovered that all the items were full of dirt. I didn’t even want to touch it. I’m NEVER gonna by from this store again.

    I’ve been ordering from Pandahall for quite a few years now and placed many, many orders in that time. I’m very happy with the products and Pandahall customer service. Since September, i got some problems with shipping delivery order from China post (many orders has been lost during this period). Pandahall sent me back ALL the lost orders !! and i’m very pleased about that. The only problem i got with Pandahall for the last months is that i cannot choose anymore shipping with airmail post. Only EMS and international mail are available at the moment and they are very very expensive. I wish that airmail post will be available soon again.

    I have bought many times and have been satisfied with about 90% of the products. Just be prepared that some of the items can be out of stock. Average preparation time for me has been about 2-3 weeks after payment, even for items where it states there is a 3 day preparation time.

    Their prices are reasonable but have gone up a lot since I starting buying there. However, expect a LONG battle if you should complain about anything. Items where the quality is so poor that the trash is the only place for them. Different factories produce the same products so the quality varies widely. But be persistent and don’t be fobbed off with a 20% refund if the item is faulty.

    Their customer service is extremely POOR when dealing with complaints and they should value their customers better!!!

    Oh, and this is for Panda Hall: It is SO obvious that your emplyees have posted comments on this site, posing as ‘happy’ customers. SO LAME!!!! A professional company with good customer service doesn’t need to do this.

    I ordered an item for $20 from PandaHall.com. They sent me wrong item. I contacted them and claimed about the mistake. They asked me to make a photo of the item I received and then they will send the right one. This situation recurred 3 times. I am tired already.

    i am ordering from them a lot actually, they are very reliable and the more you buy the better you are with the shipping prices, i do not sell supplies , i use the beads and supplies for myself and have found that int the end that is way cheaper then buying from someone here.

    i have to say that the quality of their gemstones is very good.

    They are so sneaky those chinese sellers. They will get one over on you every time. With that being said…still the best prices. I ahve had smooth transactions & terrible. And I agree, they leave their popular products up as available & make it almost impossible to just cancel the item once they tell you it isn’t available. As sophisticated a s their system is…you can’t convince that they don’t have things running to their perfect adavantage.Not to profile…but the chinese are the most unethical,tricky & sneaky people to deal with. Funny though, how they couldn’t even post something on here to at “sound” like a real customer. They still sound like a commercial for their company.

    I’ve been ordering from Pandahall for quite a few years now and placed many, many orders in that time (1-2 orders per month for years). Their prices aren’t always the cheapest available, but usually you have to purchase very large qty’s from the sites that are cheaper (a few of which I have also purchased from). Generally, i have found that the orders take 10-14 days to prepare and then 1-3 days before the package is posted once all the goods are ready. then the actually delivery time of course, which depends on the shipping method I have selected.
    Over the last 12 months I have had a few orders where items have been unavailable (as per other peoples comments) and I’ve either had to accept a credit or choose another product. I find this a pain when ordering items that customers have specifically requested but it hasn’t happened too often. Usually I find its on items that I only decided to add to my order for something different or because it was on sale.
    Generally, the quality is good. I’ve really only had one or two items over the years that have been below what I expect for the price I’ve paid.
    When buying mixes I find that most of the time I receive a good mix of colours although you can’t always expect to receive the same colours from order to order. I’ve only once received a bad mix, with only 8 similar colours (shades of oranges and blues) out of a possible 30 or more available colours.
    The orders are always packaged well and I’ve never received a parcel with damaged or missing goods.
    Overall I am very happy with pandahall and would happily recommend them to others.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I have been in contact with PandaHall 15 times over several weeks. I have provided 9 pictures now of the incorrect items I received, NOT what I ordered. I ordered Leverback earrings that have a loop in the front that will open up to attach an item to the front of the earring. The ones I received have SOLID Loops in the front that cannot be opened. They continue to argue with me that I received the correct items. Yesterday they offered me 20% off of these unusable items. As of today they will NOT issue me a refund nor pay for return shipping of these incorrect items. They “Promise” to reimburse me the money that I will spend to send these back to them over seas. They are completely dishonest and/or don’t understand English. They are IMPOSSIBLE to reason with!

    hi

    i’ve been ordered on this site for 3 times :

    first time in 2011:
    despite the very expensive postage (!) i’ve ordered 3 differents items.
    10 DAYS after the paypal payment they send me an email telling ” sorry they don’t have the item n°3 but they would be glad to offer me a 30% discount on another…” well i said ok then i had to choose between this or waiting untill i don’t know when they get new stock.
    second time :
    AGAIN 10 DAYS AFTER PAYING they send an email to say they don’t have ANY of the products i’d ordered on they website . So i had one more time to choose another things that was quite different than my design at firt.
    Postage still pain in the a…don’t know why !
    i understand they could be overbusy so i tried another time…

    third time: i’ve send them an inquiry by email to see if they have some references AND NO ANSWEAR of course.
    And then i’ve ordered a new product and they are supposed to send it today.
    NO news, No answear and they TAKE YOUR MONEY FIRST !!! WTF ???

    Looking at the Viki comment above it should be clear that it is a reply from the company. Anyway, I have ordered several times from them because the site offers different articles to what I normally can get. Here is the bad part, expect 60-80% of your order only to arrive even if you decide to wait over 30 days. Don’t bother trying again to re-order the items, it seems the company takes either six months to remove non-existing items or these are just bait for you to place an order. Freight cost is fair price I must say. Quality and quantity varies greatly and is often at the lower end. i noticed that chain sold as a particular meterage is ALWAYS shorter then they say (you’ll get 8 meter not 10). When you have an issue you get offered a 30% discount to keep the goods, so in other words they don’t loose anything by their mistake yet you may have to keep the goods. Try to get your money back and it will sit in your “refund account” until your next order. I noticed that most prices are based on local (chinese) wholesale prices plus a 30-50% markup. THey don’t seem to carry any stock and will simply purchase it IF still available. Can’t say I like what they do but unfortunately I have not seen any other sites as suffisticated. I however will stay away from them now, just too many issues and hassles.

    I have ordered 2 times from Pandahall.com and will never make that mistake again. Both times the majority of the itmes I ordered were not available and I canceled the orders. What I did not know was that they would not credit me my money(that was paid in advance) but instead put it in a credit account for their website. I don’t want to do business with them and I ordered items on March 23 and it is now May 12th and I do not have the items they say they shipped. This company should be investigated and not allowed to conduct business in this country.

      I am one of regular customers of PandaHall, which is legit and trustworthy. I love Pandahall. Although sometimes there is some problem with the order, they can solve it well to satisfy me. Melinda perhaps selected the shipping method of “Surface” when she placed the order, so it took a long time (about 2 months)to receive the package. I think, you can contact them directly if you have any problem or need any help. They are always pleased to be of service.
