I have never received my order from this company..was paid for on the 3rd of December and the only way you can get a hold of them is threw email.and they just keep telling me to wait for it.It has been over a month

I purchased on 10-23 a tablet pc for my daughter. My credit card history proves that a transaction of $74.53 was in fact approved and delivered to GB *UTGPAY BEIJING CNUS- I have yet to receive the tablet. I googled this GB *UTGPAY BEIJING CNUS only to find NOTHING on them. I am VERY upset with the fact that I have been emailing customer support and the ONLY response from all 3 complaints was “send us your transaction ID number” when I have clearly stated that my credit card history is the ONLY proof of the transaction, as well as the 69 points I supposedly received on the website for my purchase. The order tracking page on the site STATES that I HAVE NOT paid. This is so frustrating… please help!! I feel like I’ve been conned and I feel entitled to more than just a refund. These people are professional con artists – this company should be sued!!
I have ordered from PriceAngels and they say that they will ship within 48 hours. 1 Week later they have’t shipped. I send 1 message, they dont respond. Just save your money and don’t use priceAngels.com its just very very bad site with absolutely no customer service whatever. Their live customer support is NEVER online. Here i only share my own shopping experience.
Firstly, about the copy items, i have got an answer from Customer Team before. Sometimes, they will dinstinguish them by “genuine” or “Clone” directly. Also, they may call the phone “iFone” which has the same style with real iPhone. So they just give a hint to customers that it is not the real iPhone. Usually i can judge whether it is copy or genuine from their title or description.
Second, if one product is out of stock, “add to cart” is grey. So i always buy products in stock. But there is one time, “add to cart” is green, and the second day after i purchased, i received one email from customers that factory said it is out of stock suddenly. They refund money to me and give me $2OFF coupon as compensation! They are very considerate! This phenomenon happens little. But when it does, they compensate me and make me no complains.

I ordered a cell phone off of priceangels.com & I received it on the 18th of Sept. when I took it to verizon to get it registered the salesman said he couldn’t register it cause the #’s on back inside of phone was missing & that it looked like the #’s were either scratched off, the phone pieced together, but it couldn’t be registered anywhere. So I sent 4 messages to priceangels with no response on what I need to do on sending it back to them & getting a full refund w/ no response. These message were sent to them on the 20th- to present & still no response. Is there anyone that can help me get my money back??
Stay far away please do your self a favor and you well save a big headache. They look to have goods at a great price it is also a great way to steal and robb coustomer from around the world, I had order 2 watchs and 2 earbuds and also payed extra for the so called express shipping, first off they don’t get my package ready tel after 3 days also it don’t get here on time and when I opened it up 1/2 the items were not here and the other ones were damaged. I right a way took pictures and send them a email with them and also after you send them a email they responded back after 3 days…. So I want to PayPal and opened up a case and after 3 days they send me a massage saying I had to open a RMA with them and they are not going to give me a refund after I keep telling them I well send back they 1/2 prodects… So do some resource before you buy anything over seas I thought I don’t and look we’re I’m at they are a dirty company with no care for any type of company back bone they don’t deserve to be in business. You can never get a hold of any customer survice rep ever and they take about 3-5 it process your order also don’t pay for extra so called faster shipping it don’t work ems is slow 3-5 at home it’s been over a week now and still my package is in china!

I went online and did a search for a 10″ tablet. I found a droid 10″ screen tablet via priceangels.com and purchased it. It took 3 weeks to get here, but the website offered an overnight option. Turns out, they are located in CHINA, so overnight was not even really an option to me anyway. The product I received was a 6″ screen, not even a droid! I have been trying to get them to respond to me about this issue, and they have been non-responsive until I contacted pay-pal. Now they are sending frivillous emails, acting like this is the first they’ve heard of the issue. They send emails as if they never read my last TEN, yet it’s coming from the same email. This has been dragging on and on. I simply want them to send me a prepaid shipping lable so that I can return it to them at no cost to me, and I want my money back. This website is a SCAM! Don’t buy from them!!!
Be aware of ths povider. I usually buy chinees merchandise. This one has a fast shipping but the products are really bad nowadays. In the past it was a good provider, now they are sending: broken cellphones just working for a week.android or java cellphones. Broken gps, or just working if the d3vice is always plugged so with the non removable batt3ry broken, defective tabl3t pc or with lower cha4acteristics than descriptived. I had around 10 orders from this site, the prices are good, shipping was fast, only problem is they dont secure items too good, some of them were damaged on the way here. They offered 50% of the item price as a coupon. One watch was broken, I resent it to them, they fixed it and sent it back, I got a coupon as the amount of the shipping costs.
