DO NOT purchase from this company. I only gave this company 1-star because I was forced to in order to submit this review.
I purchased four different items and all merchandise was faulty in all aspects to varying degrees … cheap fabric, seams sewed together without being square, neck opening would barely fit over my head and sleeves (both long and short) were crazy tight as if made for a child. All items had awkward sizing with absolutely no consistency.
BUYER BEWARE – cheap prices = cheap merchandise. You’ll get even LESS than what you paid for. Save yourself a huge disappointment!
Recently I had submitted a review regarding Rotita’s treatment of my order. I am updating that review to state that once you call them on their stuff, you WILL get action!!! I can truly say, I was contacted by Rotita and my order was promptly shipped out. I received my items within a week from fussing them out! My order looked exactly as it did on the internet. I was totally shocked! But, I can on speack the truth so someone else can get help with their order. I was not expecting to be pleased with my order after all the mess I went through. I gotta say my order was on point.

This company is nothing but thieves and professional scammers. I ordered and paid over $65.00 for dress. They quickly charged my card and got their money and now they’ve gone ghost!!! I have no tracking information. They keep sending emails saying my delivery address does not match my billing address and I need to complete a “ticket”. I attempt to completed the “ticket” and it states my email address is invalid. How can it be invalid when you are emailing at the so-called invlaid address. So they took my money and ran!!! HORRIBLE company. Nothing but VIPERS and CON ARTIST!! Stay away from them. Throw your money in the yard and pick it up later…at least you know it may still be there! Don’t wast it on Rotita! To date no one from the company has even attempted to contact me! The only thing they keep doing is sending this auto reply emails that are useless. Please..beware of this corrupt company. Read the reviews and complaints regarding Rotita before you send this numbnuts a penny!!! I have truly been Shanghaied!! I have lodged an investigation into Rotita and hope to save others from being victims of this criminal empire of thieving devils!!!
Received 5 items without a single size tag sewn in any, nor any sales tags.They don’t fit. Have made 3 attempts to return these items, and am not receiving any assistance from this company.
At this point, I have exhausted all goodwill attempts and will be contacting my bank to rescind my payment.

I bought a tunic from these morons in November. I didn’t receive it until January. Then I try to put it on and it was a small at best. The size chart is wrong, wrong, wrong! I even went a size up sue to it being Asian production. I had to dispute with Pay Pal, paid $25 for the return. The tunic was $34. The good thing is Pay Pal will cover shipping up to $30. Never again. Word to the wise, I think most of these companies are one in the same.

Clothes were no where near the right size. I went by their size chart but the clothes, despite being XL, wouldn’t have fitted a child! They wouldn’t give the refund, just offered 20% back warning that my return postage would be more expensive. the clothes were poor quality and too small. I don’t know why I should pay 80% of the cost!
This company is a complete Joke!!! I ordered a swimsuit in early March, and still have not received it. There is no way in hell you can reach anyone by phone, email, web, etc. The tracking # they gave me is fake. I will never order from here again. I will be sure to put on FB also, because that is where I saw them advertised.

I ordered 4 dresses which looked nothing like what the picture showed. They finally agreed to refund my money if I posted the dresses back. I posted them back several weeks ago and have a tracking number. Despite this they are denying all knowledge of receiving the dresses. Now I have lost over £50 on the dresses and over £20 on postage to return.

This place is a complete mess!! They send you clothes that are too small, I cant fit a single item. The material was cheap, it aint worth two dollars!!!!!!!!!!! I cant contact anyone for my money back, I had to go through paypal to get my money back. Thank god for my bank,they were able to get me my money back. I hope this ole cheap place go out of business. They are rinky dink scammers. This company is a scam in the same vein as the news that Sally Field, Melania Trump and many other celebrities are leaving their lives to concentrate on an amazing new face cream!! These jokers don’t even bother to use different pics on their reviews…they are all the same! Order any of the creams. They even cheat on the jars they use. The jars are double walled so it appears the jar is full but you only get the amount that is in the thin wall around the edge of the jar!!. It is a good thing the initial shipment is free. You just pay shipping. Can you imagine how many suckers pay that shipping? Multiply $5 by who knows how many!!! I have decided probably 99.99% of those annoying and chaotic pop ups are probably scams!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought two separate orders. They don’t fit & I asked for the address to send items back. Completely got the run around about how expensive shipping back to China is so it would be better for ME if they just gave me 20% store credit. Which is a waste since I won’t be buying from there again. Never did get their shipping address to return item & they waited 5 days to respond after I sent 3 tickets (you only have 7 days to return an item) Very shady company. Do not buy from them!!!!
Ordered on 6 February, with promise of fast free shipping… 2 April and I’m still waiting – nearly 8 weeks – after much chasing and promises of waiting for news for a few more days, I had a message that free shipping normally takes 5-7 weeks even though the site stipulates 5-15 DAYS… i receive notifications saying if i don’t respond in 72 hours the ticket is closed – now i just receive notifications with no message or update or response to my requests for information – silence – total lack of transparency and honesty – really shocking… i shall try for my money back next and see what happens
not happy with shipping as after order placed 4 weeks ago (Nov 28)… did not arrive in time for holidays (Dec 24) and I ended up having to purchase gifts elsewhere at last minute. Rotita could not give me a date when it would be received and still have not done so. I have requested refund. Their customer service was nice, however, but lacking in shipping information.
This company uses several names including MartofChina. The merchandise received is not at all the true to size. Instructions for returning items is vague and complex.
Some of the worst clothing I’ve ever bought. Wrong sizes in tags, clothes cut for smaller size women. Never ever again will I buy anything else from them.
