Read the fine print. My dress was not how it was on the picture and when I complained because it looked cheap and nasty I was informed that the picture was a guide only and they would supply a dress similar to what is shown
Why are these places in business?? I almost ordered a dress until my daughter who worked in a bridal shop pointed out that these looked like from China and were probably inferior. The review by Kim from 2/23/13 was such a good testimony to my daughter’s prediction. Saved me money and aggreivation. These places should be shut down. Thanks Kim!
I was taken for 230.00 plus shipping from this site….The dress was nothing like the picture at all! it also had flaws in the dress..I asked for a refund and at first they said they could only give back a percentage but after pleaing with them they agreed to full refund. BUt her is the trick…they said we had to send back to them and mark on package that is had less the 20.00 dollar value and that it was a sample or their country “China” would not except through customs. I sent back through UPS and of course trusting that UPS would deliver it we went for the 20.00 shipping fee instead of the 80.oo something dollars…well with no tracking number to prove they received it back we got NO refund and a lost dress. so I got taken for over 300.00 including the shipment back. TOTAL scammmmmmm these people are! My daughters 2012 Prom was almost ruined, but ended up having to borrow a dress that was really pretty…but it was extremely upsetting!
