Tomtop sold me FAULTY product (POE Switch $100). Lied about full refund ,after I send this defective equipment back to them the offer me $10 refund .I wish I knew abut their crooked practice before.

I was sold a defective product and when I contacted them about it I was given multiple run arounds to my queries. I got answers that were totally about other products and even told to contact other sellers on sites like eBay though I had originally dealt directly with Tomtop. Now I am being totally ignored and emails are going unanswered. Do not deal with this business, they do not stand behind their product!

TOMTOP is the worst seller I encountered ever.
TOMTOP has strong attachment in taking money and once they take your money they do nothing right regardless of wrong product delivery, dead product delivery, no delivery, etc., just pretends and tells to do things right but moves intentionally slow, repeats meaningless replies, often lies, anyhow tries to kill time, repeats same things above until you give up.
They do them all intentionally knowing that they give you disgusting time and sooner or later you will give up.
In my case, they sent me wrong product and one dead product but tried to avoid the return by slow and intentional meaningless replies and once accepted the return with promise of refund with postage then they took 38 days to acknowledge the receipt of my returned product.
Then, again tried to avoid the refund by repeating meaningless replies.
The reason they repeat meaningless reply, try to take time in every moment of communication and take 38 days (in my case) to acknowledge the receipt of returned product is just they know them all give you disgusting time and expect you to give up.
So, ordering something from TOMTOP is just like playing Russian roulette or driving a car without insurance.
If you could receive the exact product which you ordered, you were lucky.
However, if you believe TOMTOP by that one success and want to become TOMTOP repeat buyer, you look to be a volunteer for a suicide bomber.
You can find so many victims of TOMTOP scamming by simply search Web by words “TOMTOP SCAM”.
Everybody tells that once you sent them money, you will not see it again when you have problem with their delivery but left with nothing or garbage plus disgusting months.
Time is important, so, do not order from TOMTOP, do not play Russian Roulette with TOMTOP.

Decided to write this review after reading a lot of “bad” reviews.
Purchased 2 different orders. My first order was through ebay. My boots arrived within 3 weeks. I was very happy with this purchase so I thought despite the “horrible” reviews I would try again.
My second order was placed through the website. The status of this order remained in “processing” for a week or so. I sent multiple messages to “chat” because it was offline every time I went to it. Once I took to the “forum” my question was answered the next day, order changed from “processing” to “shipped” and than I waited for another week and a half and sure enough my shirts showed up yesterday. I am very happy with both of my orders. Not sure why so many others claim they have been ripped off, but I was not. Perhaps its because I did not buy electronics and opted for women’s clothing… Also I paid using paypal

Bought a VGA to RCA adapter. Didn’t work. TOMTOP offered a second unit for half price, Like an idiot, I accepted. The second unit never showed up. After a couple of months runaround, they refunded the second unit but won’t even return my emails about returning or refunding the first piece of crap they sent me!

The worst company I have dealt with on ebay, asking me to be patient and wait another 10 days for delivery after waiting more than 30days, then said the refund payment was held by paypal, in the end I lost my money.Avoid at all cost, they are scammers.

I have ordered 3 cameras from the beggining of november (3 of november i paid) !!! Now is 10 of january i have only one package with one camera, and they are refusing me to refund !!! From the tracking number ii can see that it left china 19 of november( 16 Days after i paid !!!) and hasnt entered greece (where i live) still!!!

BEST for AGGRAVATION. STAY AWAY from this crooked seller. I bought and received a defective iPEGTOP MK808 Mini PC. They gave me all sorts of lip service instead of the return information I requested for a refund. I’m stuck with a DOA product. This seller is for those who need severe stress to get a impossible return.
I had a bad experience with this company ebay store. After not receiving the goods, I wrote to them and I was asked to be “patient and not to give them bad rating”. After so much waiting, I complained again, they then promised to send the replacement which never materialized. Further complaining emails would receive ‘autoreplies’. The last complain got rejected by ebay due to the time lapse. No refund nor complain could then be heard.
I think their tactic is: keep delaying the complain until the ebay issued a timeout for complain or rating. So they can keep their rating & get away with it. I am happy to share my experience.
Luckily I did not lose much money since I like to test the seller before more serious dealing. Certainly will not buy from this company ever again.

Yes, she offered a credit after another email, and to be honest I haven’t followed up on it, it’s such a paltry amount.
I have the problem with Tomtop. I bought 2 their tablets on Ebay (Seller: tomtop_home) in April – got them but one had broken screen. The seller wrote to me to send it back to get my money back (68 USD). I sent it back (they received this broken tablet in June – sent via registered confirmed letter) and still no money and no replay! I tried to contact manager (emails, skype) but no results.
STAY AWAY FAR FROM THIS FIRM! NOT RECOMMENDED I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF, ROYALLY.
