Please understand that I have done nothing wrong. I place order through your website on normal process, I have paid the delivery cost and tax. But the item that you have sent to me is not same as the picture. It’s because of your QC process. There is no small cover at the USB port. I am really upset.
I can’t accept if you send me just the small cover seperately coz I am not sure that I can fix it myself and if I fix it wrongly it will be damaged and I don’t think that you will responsible for that.
I do business fairly and I hope you do the same. The cost of that item is not that high and I think you are able to responsible for that. As i said, I will send the defect one back to you.

I have dealed with them about iPhone cases,their iPhone accessories are great, many new cases and fast service, i will order more from them.
Trait-Tech has a very incapable staff! As a dropshipper I will never order at their site anymore. Once they emailed me two days after I made the order telling me that the product was out of stock… this reflects directly in my business!
They also don’t know how to use PayPal. For one order I made the payment directly in their paypal id and when it came to refund me they didn’t know how to do it and they also pretended that the refund was already done! They still owe me money… Save yourself some trouble, dont order at trait-tech.
