    WORST ONLINE RETAILER EVER! CLOTHES ARE POORLY MADE. SWEATSHOP LIKE JUNK WITH TERRIBLE STITCHING MADE WITH NO THOUGHT. NOT AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURES. THEN WHEN YOU WANT TO RETURN THEY GIVEN YOU THE RUN AROUND. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER OR LIVE CHAT. THEY TOOK MY MONEY!! I’M OUT $65 AND HAVE 3 CHEAP DRESSES IN PLASTIC BAGS THAT I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO DONATE TO GOODWILL.

    They stole my money in November 2015 and say I have a “credit” after saying I would receive a REFUND because the shirt was discontinued, when I try to use the credit it will not submit the order. they are thieves!

    It took a long time to come, then it smelled and the fabric was very cheap and the sewing was not done well, the xl size had armholes the size of an eight yr olds clothing and then the service to return was terrible. They responded with please lay the clothing next to a tape measure and then we can see if we sent the wrong size, plus take pictures of the invoice and the size and send it to them. I wasted 26.00 and what a terrible on line hoax !!!! BEWARE

    The ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO SHOP. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I ordered some dresses and selected expedited shipping but it still took about three weeks to arrive. Once they arrived the dresses were torn and of terrible quality. Not at all what was pictured. Their return policy is ridiculous. You have to pay for the shipping to some remote place in China probably which would cost more than the items themselves. I am disputing it with PayPal to try to avoid the run around with this place. Oh and there is no real tracking number and the items don’t come with a return label. ABSOLUTE SCAM.

    DO NOT SHOP HERE! This is the worst website I have ever ordered from!!! I ordered a dress and what they sent me looks nothing like the dress I ordered. They admitted it was “slightly” different, but will not refund me the full amount unless I pay for the return costs to China!
    The dress isn’t even close to what the picture was on their website. They did offer that I could keep the dress and they would give me $2.98 to spend on their website! I will never order from here again. Its a complete scam!

    This is worst I ever felt towards any online store! I ordered a sweater the quality of the material was awful and it was sewn terrible and it was ripped at the seam. I sent so many messages, plus I sent a picture attachment with my ticket and the dress was so cheap looking and of poor quality and yet waiting on the rest of my order! I am sooooo frustrated with this company!

    Ordered a beautiful sweater SKU 153234909 on October 20, 2015, my bank account was deducted the price of the item on October 21, 2015; after numerous e-mails to ZAFUL, now it is December 3, 2015 and I still do not have the sweater ordered. I am tired of dealing with it, will DISPUTE my money through the bank and WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM ZAFUL! BE CAREFUL, IT IS CHINA, YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR ITEM(S) ORDERED OR MONEY! ! !

    Do not shop here! I ordered something over 2 months ago and have never received it. I’ve sent several emails to them. Do not waste your money. I don’t believe they are a legitimate company.

    First of all I ordered two dresses. It took almost a month to receive the package. I received one . The quality is poor. The fit. Is WORST. I’ve tried to contact zaful by phone, by chat, and sent a ticket to return and get full credit. There is no paperwork with the dress hence no order number. I will return receipt requested to address on the package and dispute charge with credit card company since I can’t get any service or reply to my request

    DO NOT SHOP HERE! The products received are not what is pictured. Poor quality, very poor return policy. THE WORST tracking (none). So frustrating to deal with I will never even look at this store again

    WARNING: Read their return policy. First time customer, I purchased four items for autumn from Zaful.com. I received three; the fabric was cheap, poorly crafted and the fit of the clothing was terrible (I should have known because the clothing was inexpensive; I usually prefer to shop in stores for this reason). The fourth item was on back order which I did not find out until I tried to return the other three. Zaful expected me to pay shipping from the US to Singapore. The cost of shipping was nearly as much as I paid for the clothing. They kept responding to my requests for a paid shipping label with copies of their return policy which is a tiered system ranging from me selling my own items on ebay to paying to ship them back for a full refund (minus the $30-$40 for international shipping). Their return process also involves me taking pictures of their items and sending the pictures with descriptions of my issues with them. I ended up disputing the charge through my credit card for a refund, donating the items to a women’s shelter and leaving this review. The only positive thing I can say is that the online representatives continued to communicate professionally, although what they were communicating was an unfair, inconvenient and unreasonable return policy.

    I was very pleased with the products I received. One product I ordered was out of stock and I had some trouble accessing the form for refund, but once I got to the “Help” section the product was quickly resolved. It seems a good site for trendy clothing.

    I was very satisfied with the products I ordered. I didn’t get one item, which was out of stock, and had a problem with their automated refund process, but once I accessed their “Help” section, it was quickly taken care of. The sizing is a little weird, but it seems a good site for trendy clothing.

      The same happened to me! I order a month ago and haven’t seen any of the ideas? I order four ideas and nothing. They got there money and I got nothing:-( Never ordering again!

      I ordered two items from them one on September 4 and one on September 18 and have not received either one yet. They have their money, and I like so many others will never order anything from them again.
