    Horrible! This place must be a scam! I had to contact my bank card company- just to cancel the initial order! I should have read the reviews first! This “registered in Britain” company is a scam. Britain- please deport them!

    DO NOT ORDER. Like others I wished I read reviews before I ordered. I was scammed out of $60.00 and I am widow with a son who can not afford to loose out on money. I ordered a dress size Large. It would not of fit a child. I requested to send dress back was told no. They would give me an $8.00 credit. Of course I still have not gotten credit. Then a second dress arrived (the same one as before) and they charged me again. Now they want me to send second dress back at my charge. What a Scam. If everyone stops ordering and being scammed then maybe they will go away.

    Do not order from this company , I ordered 3 items a year ago and never got them. They continue to give me a run around. I have not been given credit a refund or received the order!

    Don’t order from this company!!! Boy do I wish I had found these reviews before placing my order. Return policy is a joke. They want you to pay to ship it back to CHINA! Offered me a $22 credit for a $75 order.

    Don’t let the sizes fool you, they run 2 to 3 sizes smaller than US sizes.

    Do I need to say it again? Don’t order from this company!!!

    Do Not Purchase or Buy Anything from this merchant. I strongly do not recommend shopping from them. It has been 2 months and customer service will never give you the truth about your order and your regund. Like the other reviews From other buyers I had the misfortune of purchasing 8 items and it took already two months for me to finally atleast receive one of the item I bought. I finally decided to cancel my orders and now comes the long waiting for refund. Oh they don’t provide you any return label so you may think again as you will have to pay the shipping cost for the return item. It’s a scam.
    All their advertisement nothing is real. It’s the worse beyond worse purchase.

    I purchased 5 items in May 2018 and returned same due to wrong size and color for a refund. As of this date 8/26/2018 I have not received my refund, every month they has an excuse of not returning same. Now they claim as of this week pen pal will not pay. I did not order from pay pay??? This company is a RIP OFF.. It needs to be shut down. I will never never buy anything else now today they offer me a $85 coupon, Hell, I don’t want any else to do with this BERRYLOOK>>>>>>>>>>

    I ordered 2X based on measurements. Agree with above, they will fit a VERY SLIM person…… like a child !
    I emailed; I received above response…. it was suggested I give them to someone as a gift ……. and get a credit for $20. CAD . so WHY would I buy more when what I have does not fit ???
    it was suggested it would cost more to mail back at my expense than the cost of the 3 dresses !!
    A sorry lesson learned after reading these reviews.

    Dear Customer services
    Finally after almost 2 months, I received my order (5 items) yesterday
    The fabric / material is not a good quality

    Just found out that there is another defect on another item:

    1. There are 2 items I bought with same size “M”, different colour (Red & Black)
    Boat Neck Plain Bodycon Dress
    In your brochure – website , the boat neck there are 5 laces, shoulder and arm stiches are covered by laces (both left and right)
    There are 2 items I bought with same size “M”, different colour (Red & Black)

    The item I purchased – red colour , the boat neck has 5 laces, shoulder and arm stiches are covered by laces (both left and right)

    There are problems with the item with black colour, the boat neck has 3 laces, shoulder and arm stiches are NOT covered by laces (both left and right), can see the stitches.

    I really need your help to change this items, and I don’t expect to pay anymore cost, as buying these items, already not an interesting things anymore, due to the shipment late, I missed the event.

    2. Asymmetric Neck Fashion Color Block Bodycon Dress

    the black part fades about the white part, this might happened when the dress folded the black part on top of the white :
    – Behind bottom
    – Behind top
    – Front botton
    – Front right hand

    This is the worst company i have seen.
    I think it is a fake website.
    I placed three orders a month ago and i haven’t received then

    They don’t answer the emails either, so , at this point i”m pretty sure they stole my money !

    Beware of sizing. I ordered a 4X hoping it would fit my size 18-20 body. The dresses were not fitted, however, my 8 year old, tall, slender granddaughter was able to fit comfortably into the 2 dresses I received. The third dress has not arrived. I doubt if it will, as it took 2.5 months for the first two. No communication as to the status of the third dress. The dresses were fairly well made, but made to fit a tiny Chinese girl with stick thin arms and legs, regardless of what size you order. Buyer beware!

    BEWARE OF BERRYLOOK, they take payment and won’t do their side of the bargain. I was lucky PayPal issued a full refund. Don’t trust them ever, if the customer files a claim with PayPal, chances are good that it will be in your favor, but don’t even think of closing the claim when they ask to you close it and Berrylook will give you “1st priority service” Very untrustworthy merchant

    Berrylook is a scam company, I placed a order, and immediately they took my money without shipping anything, 2 months later they said they’d refund me, and kept coming up with excuses and now 4 months later,I still did not get my money back and am still fighting for it!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

    Shocking service, very poor communication and they don’t answer emails or take so long that they hope you will forget about it. I spent $185 at the end of May and am still waiting for half the order 2.5 months later. Got a generic reply to emails I sent and it was only when I threatened to take it further that I got a proper response. It was almost 2 months before anything as delivered when they say 2 weeks to 1 month. Tracking numbers they gave didn’t exist. I dealt with 5 different people in emails who obviously didn’t communicate with each other or write any notes for anyone else. I repeated my concerns to all those people, was beginning to think it really was a scam. When a couple of items were delivered they were not good quality and not like advertising. Took them more than 6 weeks to tell me that an item was out of stock (probably wasn’t when I ordered!!). One positive, they were never rude. Stay away, do not buy anything from Berrylook.
