W Z: I've purchased a lot of stuff from Aliexpress over the last two years. A lot. I have only had a few problems. Complaints are sent directly to the vendor, and most will resolve the issue via refund or replacement. I ran into two vendors that gave me nothing but email promises. One was a company called "pickitup"; it was a $2 item, they said they would send a replacement but never did and just gave me more promises every time I emailed them. I gave up and just wrote it off. Later I ran into a company called "Aisiteru Ann". The item in question was a USB microscope and it would not produce an image. They kept telling me to use a different PC, a different version of Windows, they gave me links to various microscope/webcam software, and so on. Neither I nor any of my friends could get it to work. The cost was over $10 so I filed a complaint with Aliexpress customer service. They sided with the vendor and gave me nothing! Aliexpress is the main reason that I voted for Donald Trump!
