    I am surprised, why so many people left negative reviews here? But I am a regular customer here, I always do happy deals here. And I hope everyone will enjoy shopping here like me.

    So I would like to share my experience here to make all of you know about Ahappydeal.com is a honest and friendly seller.

    For my first order, I choose the DHL, they shipped like the flight, I just got the package with good looking, and then I preceded my second order, but this time, it arrived with broken watch, as i had added the insurance for it, they decided to resend a good one without charging any fee.

    ok, I do not know how you think about those magic things happed, but I did get there best service here.

    For my last order, they shipped out partially for you as 3 cases i ordered are out of stock,
    but i did not notice the matter so i send e-mail to them, they apologize first and make remedy for me immediately.

    All in all, I love ahappydeal:)

    They have several products listed, when choosing 2 or more the price drops by 15%, I happily added these to my cart, when I choose the shipping method the price goes back to full retail price. After sending tickets after tickets for help I finally got reply.

    The rep offered to place order on my behalf which was kind of her, but she fails to understand the problem, I told her that 1x Android tablet cost $97 when buying 2 the price is $82 each so it should be $164 with free shipping, same for several other products, rep agreed as I did screen caps for her, she spoke with someone and started to disagree,
    they wanted to place order with their own id, when I said NO they said all will be the same except i found they placed order and info was their own with my name, and price again was full retail of $97, after lots of pix sharing on yahoo for their website they asked for my password and I said NO,
    Bottom line they told me that it was MY COMPUTER that was showing wrong prices and NOT their website, go figure.
    I explained who I was (I.T tech) but they refused, I tested them first by ordering $5-6 item, all was processed automatically and it arrived in 17days which was acceptable when u get free shipping.
    But once i started to place large orders they are just very dodgy and play.. ME NO ENGLISH…
    any way not spending money and time with them again, rep took almost 1.5 hours of my time in 3-4 conversations complaining about slow computer etc from their end.
    They are not getting any large order out of me!

    Lied about guaranteed arrival for Christmas, ordered gifts 2 mos early, called dozens of times, when got through 2 weeks before Christmas I was told they were shipped but on Christmas Eve they still had not been…. RUINED MY CHRISTMAS!!! If they hadn’t lied I could have done something else!

    Do not EVER trust ahappydeal’s “customer ratings”, they make most of them up themselves and screen real user reviews so that only positive and 5 star reviews get posted.

    Look on their site you wont find one review that isn’t a glaring positive review of the product written in poor English.

    I posted honest and real reviews of the items I received with both pros and cons, what i thought about the value and particular unadvertised points that I thought people considering purchasing should know, not one of them gets posted.

    However, as soon as I submit a bubbly positive post to test my theory, it gets posted right away!

    DISHONEST BUSINESS PEOPLE WASTING PEOPLES EFFORT WHO TAKE THEIR VALUABLE TIME TO POST THOUGHTFUL REVIEWS SO THAT “HAPPY DEAL” CAN THROW THEM IN THE TRASH AND MAKE UP FAKE ONES THEMSELVES

    Company would be really great if they were honest with their customers and didn’t doctor-up the product reviews.

    I have had nothing but problems with this site. It takes forever to get items ordered and if you do get them they will send the wrong thing. When you try and get it replaced they tell you you will have to pay more or they cant help you. Terrible customer service and terrible reliability. Then if you insist they honor their par of the deal they will block you from their e-mail. I think I will try the pay-pal complaint route. It’s at least worth a try, and maybe it will keep someone else from ordering from them. Total rip off company.

    Keep away from them! Full of optimism earned on other e-sellers I bought my item, paid extra few pounds for tracking number and waited. Never got the item, exchanging messages with their support its just bla bla bla, wait longer, check local post office, bla bla bla, and tracking number just shows you on suspicious site that the item has been sent… I lost about £130, please do not do the same mistake.

      Hi did you get the flats rate shipping with China post? If you did expect to wait a month they are very slow and usually she tracker takes a week or more to start working. I have bought over $500 worth of merchandise from ahappydeal and I have been happy with it all.

    I got a crappy deal from ahappydeal.com. I know it’s a bad play of words but the experience of doing business with them has left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered a touchscreen phone and the touchscreen was one of the million things that were defective in this phone. It does not even deserve a serious critical review. Please be wary of this supplier.

    I have bought online a ceramic knife at Ahappydeal.com . Upon delivery the tip of the knife was broken. The seller sent me a new knife. I had only waited about a month. I recommend this seller.

    I received one order. The other was canceled because it was out of stock, but they didn’t notify me, I had to email them and ask why my order hadn’t been shipped out and they had initially told me it was in stock. Then they told me to pay $20.00 more dollars and they would ship out a better tablet, really, so I asked for a refund, which I received an hour later. That’s the only reason I didn’t leave a negative feedback. If you are drop-shipping, don’t use this site because they are very unreliable. You have to constantly get on their $^$ to ship your stuff. Not to mention the 1-2 business days is a joke. They basically ship when they want to. Last order, If they don’t get this one right, I want be ordering again. It has already past the 1-2 business day for shipping, but we will see!

    Before making the purchase, I asked the support if they had items in stock, and they said yes, would make the post in 2-3 days.
    4 days later, they told me to wait another 2-3 days, because NOT HAD THE ITEM IN STOCK.
    I’m waiting to post until today.
    Great disrespect to the customer, they treated me like a clown.sterpage altaib,

    The quality of product is poor. I order a $1.9 item, just try. At last I received the product. It’s poor. You just get what you pay, $1.9 with postage. It’s not a scam, and not good.
