I did more than 70 orders at BG and I received all parcels between 9 days up to 33days (depending the shipping compagny).
They have a customer service. If you are in europe, write them in the morning and you will have answer within 24h. It’s better than nothing of course. They got in most of the case, the cheapest prices and their RC departement is very active

Excellent store to buy at. Good prices. Only cons I experienced was some errors on stock information which may you have to wait extra days/weeks for your shipping, should be more information on that for example sending an email to you saying there is no stock and when is expected to restock and not waiting for a customer’s complain to inform there is no stock.
Anyway very good aftersales customer service team when you contact them, very fast answer.
My Rc helicopter, an 450 pro fbl had crashed and I needed some spare parts. So I decided to have a look at BangGood if they have what I needed.
It was so, and I made an order. I ordered each piece in large number, to be more confident.
After 26 days, the package came, and I repaired my helicopter immediately. I noticed the exceptional quality of each part.
Since nearly one month I make daily at least two flights without any problems at all.
The spare parts do not show any wear at all.
This was just a review of one of my orders of Banggood.
I may write 22 other reviews of my 22 other orders I have made, but it will be sound similar.
BangGood is in my opinion a very trustfull enterprise !

Any downsides? Yeah some minor:
– Shipping time is between 7 days to 42 days. Small packages arrive in 7 days, bigger can take over 6 weeks. Thats not BG faults i guess…
– Only positive reviews will be put on the product review items. Banggood does filter them.
Some examples of some excellent after sales:
– They send me a replacement of a power supply, after showing a video explaining and showing the problem. They did not need to have the faulthy unit send back.
– After an order not arriving after 5 weeks they send me a new item without any extra payment. 1 Week later the first package arrived and so I had 2 items. I payed them back the second item as they had thrusted me as well
Fast shipping and tracking.
Bought a RC Quadcopter for the first time from Banggood.com. It took some 20days for delivery, but the product and price were simply unbeatable.
Banggood customer care provided timely support with shipping tracking and can say, a great experience overall. Would recommend A++.

Well, i had a little problems with post offices during my shipment because shipment takes long already 2 months. I wrote several times to banggood and all the times they answered me in less than 24h.
Furthermore, they refunded me the money of one of the item of the order because it was out of stock and I didn’t want to wait more time.
I bought a lot of times in banggood and i will continue buying unless they make a big mistake with some of my orders. But, by the moment it isn’t the case.
Regards
