    I originally made this purchase from Sammydress on January 29, 2013. The total was $358.09 for 30 articles of clothing. I received notice that over half of my order was not in stock via their customer support chat on their website. I made it clear, well in advance (couple of days after the order), that the entire order was to be canceled by February 8/2013 if no shipment had been made by this date. Sammydress customer support disregarded my request to cancel the order, and I received notice on February 11/2013 that a partial shipment of ‘9 items’ had been shipped.

    When the partial shipment arrived at my door via FedEx weeks later I refused to sign for the package as Sammydress did not provide me with an updated invoice or partial refund by this time. I had requested that items be removed from the order (that were not) and that an updated invoice as to the shipping/total charges be provided for me to approve of prior to a partial shipment. At this time I have received ZERO items and ZERO refund from Sammydress. I can not be expected to pick-up a partial shipment from Sammydress when this company is withholding refund on 21 items that were never shipped, and blatantly refused to send me an updated invoice as to how much I would be charged for 9 items vs the original 30 items I ordered.

    Sammydress is a SCAM.

    I purchased one shirt and one ring on this website 3 weeks ago. I called their customer service number several times and you only get a busy signal. I sent a complaint email and the response was that my order is unavailable. Why don’t we go ahead and send available items. Thank you. That was it! I don’t think it’s real. This is a scam. No phone line for customer service that works and response emails that are made with incomplete sentences and do not even respond to the actual complaint or question. I want a full refund from them, which was only 11$. To me the point is not the money, but they are a fraud!

    I had ordered some items from sammy dress as i heard about it from my friend. I had ordered few items worth 61$ I placed that order on 2nd of january and my order was supposed to come on 22nd but it didn’t. I could understand that there was Chinese new year and it was a public holiday.

    I got aggressive when I got a mail from them on 24th February telling that the shoes that I had ordered went out of stock so they didn’t send my shoes with other stuff. And they also told me that I need to wait for longer time until their stock will get filled.

    I don’t know what the heck is going on with the company???

    Just wanted to know whether I could get my money back or is that going for a charity. I mailed them but they didn’t replied…

    Ordered $60 worth of clothes and paid extra for expedited shipping. It has been over 2 weeks and have not received the order. I have emailed multiple times asking for the status of my order and no response.

    After reading the other complaints on this site, I have to accept that I most probably will never see this order or the Money again.

    Buyers beware!!!

    I ordered 4 shirts on 1/13/13, I finally received my product today (so a month later).

    Problem #1. The shirts are way smaller than the measurements online indicated.

    #2. One of the shirts I got was not sewn correctly, also the button holes & buttons do not like up, not even close!

    Problem #3. The green shirt I bought turned out to be this horrible brown color, not only was the color wrong, it didn’t look anything like the picture!

    I will never be purchasing merchandise from SammyDress again!

    i ordered four items on Nov. 13th and all said 24 hour shipping. i understand these items are coming from a different country, but why put 24 hour shipping below the item? im kinda nervous because i have read some bad reviews. but also i have read some good reviews. does it really take like 3 months to recieve items on here? i made 3 different orders and two of them say “order not found” wtf does this mean? they lost my order or what? idk what to do about this. but my last order says “in transit” help me please. i need answers

    It is not for real. I ordered a bunch of stuff from there that was supposed to ship in 3 days and paid extra for it to ship in 24 hours. 2.5 weeks later I start complaining and they tell me they cancelled my order for complaining and I had to file a claim with paypal to get a refund. I placed my order in november and they pretty much ruined Christmas as I will not get the refund in time to shop locally.

    I am a college student and I’m always looking for a good deal then i came across Sammydress a couples weeks ago and i could not believe the price how cheap and affordable the item were. For that same reason i did some research on them and got some mixed reviews not sure if it really is a scam or not. Now i feel a little uneasy about the web site if any body can help me with this dilemma please feel free do so thank you.

    I was really excited about Sammy Dress because I saw how cheap the clothes were, and I thought that I could get some cool clothes for cheap. O was feeling really smart and thrifty. So I bought 80 something dollars worth of clothes…. It has been almost a month, and still nothing! I do not recommend Sammy Dress to anyone, unless you want to wait forever for clothes, or what ever, and by the time they come yup might not even need it anymore. Please read this before you buy anything from them! And then make your decision on whether you want to shop from them. For all those who have not bought from them yet you guys are the lucky ones! And for those who have bought from them, and are disappointe, I feel your pain.

The most saddest situation is that I called all the line providered but no ANSWER.     I placed an order on sept 1 2012 thorugh paypal and never recieved anything yet after many messages they finally replied me saying paypal takes longer to proceed so have patience 🙁 and now since two weeks it says shipped but havnt recieved anything sooooo pissed offff

    i purchased a cheetah watch from sammydress.Com thru paypal & i haven’t got no updates or even a tracking number for. My package i sent emails i even called no reply at all the number that is given on the website. Doesn’t even work i called 3 days in a roll And there’s no answer..I agree the clothes r awesome & they have great merchandise. But its bot worth the trouble…

    Never again i guess ill stick with (ebay)….

    Okay, since everyone seems to know sammydress and unsure about whether this site is reliable or not, I can tell you. The business is R E A L. Okay, so I ordered some sweaters at the end of august since I thought ‘Wow their products are really cheap and pretty’ but before I ordered, I looked at some reviews whether its safe to order or not. I mostly got VERY negative reviews and so little positive however despite that I ordered anyways cause I really really liked the clothes. But then they said the shipment would be in 3 days but because the products were out of stock it got delayed for 1 week and then I waited another week and it got shipped and I was really happy. And so my worries once again is whether the products will get here in the UK safely or not or whether the products are what I expect them to be. So, the site gave me my tracking number, but the tracking number wouldnt work and I got annoyed so I messaged them and they said that the system will be updated soon and so I waited another week to track but then I just gave up cause it just wouldn’t work. so I said ‘Lets be patience and hopefully the package will arrive’. And so basically, my package arrived today SAFELY and the products are pretty awesome I tell you. Its so cute and beautiful. LMAO. I literally run down to the post office and get it and so happy.:’)
    SO BASICALLY THE ONLY BAD THING ABOUT THE BUSINESS IS THE SHIPPED TAKES ATLEAST 3-4 WEEKS. SO JUST BE PATIENCE. AND IM A LEGIT COSTUMER OKAY. I ATLEAST PAYED £30.00 FOR MY CLOTHES ABOUT $26 SOMETHING.
    But seriously though, buy a something for a test to see if you like their products and not buy loads with lots of money worth. BUT BE PATIENCE WITH THE SHIPPING. K, THANKS.
