    it’s a wonderful online shopping experience with shoespie, i bought a pair of heels from shoespie, the shipping came within 2 weeks, and the design ,color the same as their picture, the most important thing is the heels veryyyy comfortable.

    Shoespie.com is an online store which offers the shoes in very affordable price. lots of shoes to be rate of and simply shows whats best and fit for your choose. I ordered one pair of shoes from shoespie.com the 25.04.2014 and I must say that I couldn’t be more satisfied with EVERYTHING from this company! They answered me quickly and I got this nice welcome message:
    Your order payment is complete and confirmed, and we will deal with your order as soon as possible, please keep contacting us or tracking your order process in your account to get your order progress details. If you have any other problems, we will supply our best service for you! Hope we have cooperation and you can contact us:

    They shipped out my shoes the 06.05.14 and I got them the 21.05.14. It took 14 days, and that was very fast i think! Wonderful company to shop from, they were giving me information all the way about my shoes and the very best is: The shoes were just sooo lovely too!! :-D It was absolutely nothing wrong with them at all. I recomand this company to everyone!! :-D ENTHRALLED <3 <3 <3

    Hello, I ordered some shoes for my birthday I place the order on March 2nd. Today is 19th, I emailed them plenty of Times and got no response. They respond yesterday but called me a different name and the tracking number they gave me final destination is a whole different state. I stay in Texas. The refuse to write me back, ups said it’s nothing they can do. PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE!!!! ITS A SCAM.

    It’s almost been a month since ordered my shoes and I still don’t have a tracking Number I have emailed them but keep getting the same reply no contact number to call, I’ve never had a problem with ordering anything from anybody else I will never order from Shoespie again and i wouln never recommend them either. It needs to be a class lawsuit aganist this company.

    Absolute joke. I ordered on the 9th Feb 2014 and received confirmation emails for the payment and order. I heard no more so I sent a message through their website enquiring what was happening with the order. I received a reply on the 21st Feb stating;
    “Thank you for your concern about our products .

    It is in processing time now ,but I have told them to speed up for you ,
    please do not worry ,everything is well”

    On the 28th Feb I received an email the content is as follows

    Your order ##### is out of stock ,can you change it to another item ?
    the item price is $64.99

    (1) If the new item price is same or below than the previous one

    You just need to tell us the new item SKU,color and size you want ,we will exchange for you on our system .

    And as for the item price difference, we can refund or keep it left in your account on our website.

    (2)If the new item you want is more expensive than the previous item

    You need to pay the item price difference through paypal.our paypal account is pay@shoespie.com.please tell us your transaction ID about your payment then we can confirm your payment .

    That means if the new item is more expensive then the previous one , you need to tell us the new item SKU ,color and size you want ,the item price difference payment transaction ID ( you can get it from email from paypal after your payment )

    Please just keep as your bookmark, check your account on our website anytime to check the latest information about your order.

    Please note that reply us through your register email address then you can get our priority reply .

    I placed a replacement order and again received a reply confirming the order. And I waited and have heard nothing. I emailed again as it was over their processing time of 5-7 calender days but heard nothing so have raised a dispute with paypal for a refund as I am fortunately still within the 45 day limit for disputes.
    Please do not carry out any transactions with this company they take your money then fail to send the goods, from my experience any way.

    I purchased shoes from Shoespie 01/15/14 I received a confirmation # back on that date stating that my payment was received in full and my order had been placed. The next week 01/22/14 a confirmation back saying my order had been shipped. Today is 01/28/14 I received on email back last week regarding my order that stated everything was fine my order was being processed and shipped after multiple e-mails and chats the next week no response from their site. I had no idea they were located in China and have no contact number. This is bad I think I will neverger my 112.00 purchase. Wish I would have checked them out for scams 1st.

      Are you able to call your bank and dispute the charge, since you don’t have the merchandise?Also, if you went through PayPal , they will refund your money, and with enough complaints, this company will no longer be able to keep their site. I am in the process of trying to get my daughter’s money back.

    This site is a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes and I received a cheap knockoff that didn’t even look the same. Avoid this site at all costs.

    WARNING! Shoespie charges your cc at the point of ordering. I was charged $235.97 for 3 items the day after I ordered. A couple of weeks later they informed me that 2 of the items were out of stock. Its been almost a month and I have yet to see a refund. I’ve sent emails am I’m still waiting for a response. I have a feeling I am going to have to dispute the charges. Not only be warned about charges be warned that it takes about a month to receive the items (living in the US).
    I didn’t realize they were being shipped out from China. If I was aware of this I would have never ordered from them. I will NEVER EVER order from Shoespie again and I have warned all of my friends.

    I want to complaint about my order I ordered two pair of women shoes Yesterday Dec 05 2013 I got only one pair when I open the box it was the right model shoe but the color was not what I choose what I got was some black shoes and the shoes I ordered were pink and black color then I do not want those shoes Now if the process to return them and to get my refund is going to take long time I want to know what other options are available because Im not satisfied with the shoes I got Im uploading this pic of the shoes I ordered The pic is what I wanted but instead I got the shoes in black color Im not sure if the pic has uploaded because I do not see it Please let me know how do I send the pic in case the pic did not upload

    The other complaint is that on the tracking page I see that the two pair of shoes were delivered but I just got one pair which is the one with the wrong color And I do not know if the shoes got lost but I did not get that pair Please let me know what can I doThis is the sub order for the shoes I already got 236429 the second one is for the shoes I did not get 236428 Thanks so much Lazaro Zapata
