I am so much satisfied and grateful with the service of Banggood.com.
They are my favorite supplier with cheapest prices, free shipping, short enough shipping times, and customer oriented pre and after sales service. I generally order RC Helicopters, spare parts and electronic gadgets.
One out of the four items that I have placed order with Banggood.com was Li-po Batteries (Qty:2) for my Great Wall Xieda 9968 RC Helicopter. After fully charging the batteries I tried to fly my helicopter. Surprisingly both batteries have failed and I could not fly my helicopter not more than one minute. They were weak in power.
I have written a message and explained this problem to Banggood.com Customer Service. They asked me to send a video demo showing the helicopter in flight with the new batteries. Their technician has watched the video and the customer service has decided to resend the batteries free. Now the second set of batteries are OK.
I am very happy with the positive approach of Banggood.com to my problems everytime.

The product I ordered was a Dual Core Amlogic MX-L 5 Inch 8GB Android 4.1 Game Tablet (SKU081849)as a gift for my teenage son. Excellent value for money, graphics, speed, preloaded games all satisfactory. Earbuds of headphones a bit too big for teenager, but can use universal headphones without issues. Product arrived well-packaged, but postal delays, probably not due to banggood. Follow up to emails re mailing delays excellent, and genuine effort to assist. Will be using site again very soon.

The clothing items ordered were as described and the quality and styles are good. The shipping took a little long due to the Christmas period and the excessive snow storms. No fault of the supplier they were prompt in sending out the order.
