I ordered 3 items,returned one item because fabric is too cheesy, they sent me email that second item was out of stock, third item I never even received.I followed return/refund directions,contacted them 5 times and received no answer. It is going on about 3 months. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!
WORST EVER
RUN, DON’T WALK. It’s been 6 weeks, requested a refund the last 2 weeks at least 10 times. Ignored on responses. They will NOT refund my money despite the fact that they admitted the items have not shipped from China. RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I have never been ignored by a customer department before, keep telling me to have patience it will ship (when I requested a cancellation of order and refund). Totally at a loss here……
I placed this order 2 months ago I received some items sizes are to small, missing buttons, poor quality send it back. Pay out of my pocket for shipping and is 2 months I did not receive the money back.
I read reviews on the “Berrylook” website instead of this one and have huge regrets! I’m convinced that the reviews on “Berrylook” are fake! There is NOOOOO way someone could possibly be happy with those clothes! Mine came 2 months after the order (only part of the order) and the clothes are different than online! They are a very cheap material with off centered patterns and the list goes on! This was supposed to be my Birthday present, but was a total waste of money! Part of my order, which they ran out of stock of, was supposed to be refunded, but hasn’t yet, and I’m very concerned they never will. They are scammers and should be out of business! I just hope others don’t have to go through this as I have!
Do not order from this company! They do not stand behind their statements. I payed good money and received nothing! I had waited 3 weeks for my order (I was told 3-5 days). When I emailed to ask why, I was told that they were sold out. They could not tell me when, if ever, I could expect my order. They offered a refund, which I accepted. Three months after my initial order and 2 months after being promised a refund, I still have not received my refund. I now realize they have no intention of providing me with my refund. Buyer beware! do not buy from this company. I ordered something they didn’t have in stock and I wait for 2 months and never came when I reach out they couldn’t give a date so I ask for a refund and know its been well over a month still haven’t received my money.. again don’t buy from this company and they don’t even have a phone to call.
Bad customer service. I ordered on Feb 25 and have not received my order. I emailed 3 times regarding the out of stock item but there is no answer. I called and there is no answer, only voicemail. They need to refund all my money.

Do not order from this company they are located in the United Kingdom they do not give you a phone number only an e-mail address and they don’t answer e-mails. I ordered a 2xl coat and they sent me a small. The quality is very poor. No one responds and they do not give refunds cause you’re not able to communicate to anyone.
I looked on their website and their contact info lists the company is out of Malaysia. I always check to see if they are an overseas company and if they are I don’t order from them. I’ve read too many bad reviews from companies from China, Malaysia, etc. I also read that somebody also said the company was from the U.K. I don’t know where it is listed like that. I couldn’t find that.

I usually have a problem finding something for me as my size is XS. I liked the style and quality of the items on Berrylook’s photos. They were looking too good for the price, but I thought it is because they are produced in China.
I ordered a coat and a jacket and they added a ridiculous shipping fee (more than the price of the items), but they mentioned that if my order is above 70 euro the shipping will be free. I decided to add a dress to the order to qualify for free shipment. In case of return, my losses will be less.
Since then 10 weeks passed and I received NOTHING! I wrote a mail every two weeks to the customer service and in replay I got the same message -“Thanks for your patiently continue waiting.Hope you receive it soon” – only the name was changed (Loly, Cora … people who don’t exist)
Berrylook is a scam. It has all attributes of a scam. How can I’ve been so stupid? I guess because I am despaired to find something which fits me. The company is not registered, only the website and the brand on a Chinese person in New York. They partner with Facebook to push their adverts and hook more and more customers.
I am going to file a resolution with PayPal to get my money back. PayPal should not allow scammers to be registered.

I feel like an idiot now! I ordered over a $100 worth of clothes and can’t get a response. I should have known when they got me to pay via Paypal vs. credit card! I’m always soooo careful but the reviews were so good on FB! What a pain in the butt! Has anyone ever actually spoken with a human being at Berrylook? Phone number?

I’ll do my shopping with a legit company! We American girls don’t like being ripped off.
This company is awful. It looks, to me, like they are scamming people. I ordered and paid for 3 tops. They charged me through Paypal for 3 tops. Then notified me my e-mail my order was 2 tops. When I notified them and asked them to add the 3rd top they told me I had to pay for it. After getting that fixed I was sent an e-mail saying the 3rd item was no longer available. I received 2 tops. They were 4 sizes too small and poor quality. There was no info in the package for return info. When I asked customer service for return info was told it would be very expensive to return. Why didn’t I give the items to someone as a gift? Finally got a return address in California. Had to provide them with a tracking number. Received an e-mail saying my refund would take 15-20. After 20 days the time was changed to 15-25 days. After that they were having trouble with their system. Be patient. I went to Paypal and filed a resolution. I got my refund in TWO DAYS. Guess their system works just fine when Paypal gets involved.
