Making a purchase was easy but the rest has been a NIGHTMARE! Originally made purchase for my granddaughter, had to return some things that didn’t fit and that balance was placed in “my wallet” to apply towards more choices in the future OMG!! I have spent 2 hours today trying to figure out how to apply “my wallet” and got nowhere talking to live chat!! So frustrating that there is nobody to actually speak to, all communication is thru live chat. We ordered a bathing suit for my 14 year old daughter. We got it more than 4 weeks after ordering it. When we finally got it we noticed it was very cheaply made. Unwearable. We wrote to them to return it but they told us that bathing suits are not returnable. I agree with such a policy when a person just changes their mind but if their product is junk they should stand behind their product. We will never order from them again.

After sending the photos they agreed to send me a return label. After a two mile walk to the post office I was told that the label that Romwe had supplied was not accepted in this country.
After many conversation with Romwe they finally agreed to issue the refund only to receive about £6 for goods which I have paid nearly £20 for. Despite numerous conversations they are still refusing to budge stating that it is my fault as I am outside their 30 day return police (the fact that the Incorrect return label arrived after the 30 days seems to have escaped them, the fact that they have still not sent a correct return label has also escaped them.
I intend to spread the word as far as possible regarding Romwe’s dishonourable approach to business and keep spreading it.
The cost of these items came out of my daughters Christmas money – a company that rips off a child has no honour
