do not order from them – it took over a month and they do not quickly respond to questions. dress was way too small and now they want me to keep it as a gift and credit me 1/2 of what I paid.
I ordered my dress in Feb 2018 and Berrybook received my payment on Feb 5, 2018. it is April 25, 2018 and I have not received my merchandise. I attempted to e-mail the company but my e-mails can’t go through. I planned to wear that dress on my niece’s wedding…..what a disappointment.PLEASE PEOPLE, DO NOT SHOP AT BERRYBOOK…THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!
A big disappointment ordering on this company it’s been 3 months I have not received 5 of my orders, 3 had been out of stock and won’t refund the money offering only gift certificate which is even less than the amount I paid. Customer service will respond to report in 2 weeks and still no solution. If I were you don’t order or else you’ll be sitting beside me frustrated.
Ordered an item in Jan. They took payment despite being out of stock. After waiting 2 months I asked for a refund. They keep making excuses and I have now been waiting 6 weeks for a refund.
I ordered something which the claimed would be shipped in 3-7 business days. After waiting 6 wks I emailed and cancelled but by then I received one item which was not something I would wear, the dress was toooo small and the material was so cheap. I emailed again about my refund and was told it would be processed in 20 days. AFTER waiting twenty days, I was told it would be processed in July.I orsered in Febuary!
This company is a big scam. It has to be stopped from doing business in th U.S.

Beware of Berrylook in china. You order without any 800 # or person to talk to. You order and may or may not get your product for 2-3 months. Meanwhile, they are more than happy to debit your credit card and send you email excuses of delays. I cancelled but have to go thru disputes now. Paypal is the middleman and would not help.

The worst store in the world. I ordered 6 items, received only 2. They said 7-12 working days delivery, I received it in 6 weeks. I wrote messages them, and they don’t even answer! About the fact that the quality of things is simply terrible – I think you guessed it! NEVER buy from this seller!
This is a big fraud!!! I order for $72 4 items and I place my order since feb. 1 ,2018 until now I didn’t receive anything from them they just say is a Chinese New Year, and after Chinese New Year I email again and they say! I wish I could give them minus 2 stars. This is a drop shipment company that takes months to ship, and the sizes aren’t equivalent to American sizes. Buyer Beware!!

I have the same or worse issues. I ordered mine in early Dec 7th, 2017, and I got the package like 2 months later. The products are not even look same…..One of the items that I am still waiting for. Its been 4 months, and they keep lying that they have sent the packages, and changed their story again saying it is on preparation (for 4 DAMN MONTH!!???). I have more than 50 emails saying the same BS each time. Asking money back, but NO. You will NEVER see your money again once it is gone, gone forever!
berry look IS A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!!! You will not receive anything but a package full of heartache and disappointment. I placed an order in January and have only received two out of eight items. They Do not respond to email, their live chat is a scam; they lie to you and tell you that they’re going to rush your order or that whatever item they say is out of stock, you can order something else; to give them the order number…you still don’t receive the product. If you want to be ripped off, this is your company. If you want to get something for your money, your hard earned money, do not order from this company…go somewhere else. There are some legitimate online places to shop… Berry look is not it!
