I chose size according to chart. I was aware that this was a China direct… How else could you get such a low price-as if the styles weren’t a giveaway. It took me the same amount of time as everyone in receiving the two items I ordered. We’re talking China to Germany/customs, then USA.
One fit fine the other was big and droopy. Both much too long. Hemming would be optional. Albeit this entailed extra fabric at their cost. I believe I got what I paid for. Lesson learned. I’m an opportunistic American sale shopper, what can I say?
I made a purchase from your company , first of all , it took almost a month for me to receive my item . Then when I received it , the merchandise was poorly made ,then I tried the item on ,and the item started tearing while I had it on. I need information on how to return this item for a refund ASAP!!!!!!!!
What a rip-off. I have been waiting for 29 days for my order and it has only made it’s way to Germany. Now that I see this site and the clothes are way small it makes me SICK to my stomach. Stay as far away as you can from Modlily.
Going to Goodwill….no return instructions. Took 1 month to get item….They did not ship it until I complained on paypal. Unbelievably small, small, small. There is no size on the dress only the package. Wish I researched before ordering.

The item I ordered is too small. The order sent 3 weeks later then the shipment date quoted. Can not get information regarding order or to cancel order. Item arrived, too small can not contact anyone to send order back. Terrible across the board, item poor quality, no customer service, no papers sent with order to check or send back. So sorry I ordered this rip off.

Never order from this company. The sizes are way off, runs very small. The item looks totally different in person then the pictures. There is no customer service phone number in the US. Only way to contact them is via email. I wasted my money, they are a total rip off!
This is the worst company I have dealt with. They did not respond to the”ticket” I sent to return items that did not fit or even look like what I ordered.

Avoid this Co. web site at all costs. Nothing but a scam. Tried to return a dress I purchased (to small)I wanted a larger size. They told me to sell it on eBay or give it away as a gift. If I were to return it I would have to pay for 40% of shipping and handling plus an additional 50% on a larger size dress. They said the exchange will take an exceptionally long time to receive.

Review their return policy before purchasing. The item I purchased came from China. I know things from China usually run small so I ordered 2 sizes too big. It won’t go over my boobs. I would say that it is a minimum of 4 sizes too small. The cost to return it according to their policy is not worth it. I guess someone at Goodwill will get a brand new dress.
This is the worst place I have ever ordered from or dealt with. Had I realized they were in China I never would have ordered from them due to the facts of the dealings alone I am having with them! Totally frustrating and I hope they go out of business!
I ordered a swimsuit, it was delivered and is the shoddiest item I have ever seen. To top it off, it has a hole in it. I have messaged three times and called several times. No one is available by phone and I was messaged to sell it online or gift it to someone. I am definitely contacting BBB.

I totally get your frustration as I am dealing with the same thing. Just and FYI I did contact the BBB and was told there is not BBB in China. So basically what ever we ordered, we eat!
This company is so frustrating and I hope they go out of business.
