Very poor sizing information! I loved the coat, ordered it 3 sizes larger and it still way to small ! No info on how to return it! Planning to sell it! This company really shouldn’t be allowed to sell in USA !!!!!!!!
Everything that I have purchased ran extremely small and they will not take any returns. The product was shipped from China. All compliants were addressed through email. They simply restated the return policy. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
Modlily is a JOKE!! Not at all what it looked like. The size is way to small and I used their chart. POOR quality material. AND no papers to send back or call. I’ve tried to get ahold of them by website and couldn’t. Just not a good place. OH…the instructions for washing is in Chinese. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Do not order clothes size is NOT true to size. quality of clothes is bad. Customer service nd refund is joke. I spent 180.00 and they offer me $60.00 refund and keep the clothes I can wear or sell because of its quality..
This company should not be allowed to bring its inferior products into the US. Shame on me for not researching this company before placing an order.
I ordered Nov 11, the money was immediately taken out of my account and it is December 17, and I still haven’t received my item and when I go to website to submit a ticket it doesn’t let me. There is no phone number to call and the “tracking” number I had over a month ago is no longer valid. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMERS!!!!!!

I ordered a sweater from this company, 2 sizes bigger than I thought I would need, I received the sweater, and it’s nothing like the description, nor is the sizing correct. IT’s more like 4 sizes smaller than the listed size. I have tried to deal with the company directly and they are unwilling to refund me and in the emails they are very disrespectful. I would never purchase from this company again, and beware of them as they are out of China and won’t even allow you to return the item. In fact they told me to try to sell it myself!
Modlily claims they will give you a full refund in 30 days. How do you receive a pkg. from China, try on the garment, discover it’s too small, even though you used their size chart, and return it in 30 days to China. One way takes sometimes a month or longer. They will refund you 40% if it doesn’t fit, or they will tell you to mail it back to them in China. How much does it cost to mail to China? Who knows. I would not buy ANYTHING from this disreputable company. They burned me.

This is one of the biggest scams there are, I ordered a dress the middle of November and still have never gotten it! It’s the middle of Dec!!! This is a scam, they take your money and don’t deliver!! I will NEVER order online again. This was why I never did before but saw the dress and really liked it, what a ripoff!! Stealing your money and not delivering!!! stay away from Modlily! They are thieves!
