This company is a rip off. I don’t recommend doing business with them at all.
I was in contact with a person named Jack (china@sz-wholesale.com). After multiple emails back and forth where I described the items I wanted to purchase (with very detailed specifications of size, color, material, time of delivery, etc.), Jack agreed to send the items exactly as I requested them on a certain date.
Every seemed to be going smoothly until after they received my payment (via money wire). Once they had the money, Jack became very difficult to find. Several emails went unanswered and I had to call their offices in China to get an answer on when my items where going to be shipped. They were shipped 2 weeks later than they should have been (which caused a domino effect as I was unable to meet my deadline).
I had to drive to Los Angeles to pick up the items from a warehouse, when they were supposed to be delivered in San Diego. The items turned out to be nothing close to what I had requested: they were the wrong color and made of a synthetic material nowhere close in quality to the leather I had requested and paid for. $2,500 USD later and I’m stuck with 12 cartons of useless, crappy quality junk.
Stay away from OK China Industrial Limited and sz-wholesale.com!
