My package went missing somewhere between China and Canada. I contacted Banggood support by e-mail. They asked me to check for the missing item with the post office, but nothing found. Banggood then immediately resent the package. Great support.

I would highly recommended this site all the items I have been bought was delivered on time..and in case there are some descripancy on d the delivery which is normally happened for some reason..I was really pleased because quickly they will response to your email..and really thank you for that…good luck to your com.
My package was lost on the way from China to Germany. After waiting a few weeks for Deutsche Post to tell me what happened to the package, they finally told me that it was sent back to the sender and nobody knows why.
After contacting Banggood, they immediately issued a refund. Answer was very fast and friendly, they are really trusting their customers.
After this great experience I will definitely try this shop again. It looks that they are taking a lot of care of their customers, especially when things aren’t working as planned.
