I made 10 purchases on Bang good and so far I’m very satisfied with the service and have trust in them. I have few minor complaint (missing item, long processing time before shipping etc.) but everything was successfully solved with the customer service – they always offer you few choices which was acceptable to me. Shipping time is similar to other – 3-4 weeks after sending – but it’s free. Products came safely packed. All products are just like on pictures and as described. Definitely will continue to buy from them.

I have placed my first order with Banggood in december and I was a bit apprehensive at first. I paid with Paypal, which was reassuring.
Their site is amazingly well-stocked and there is something for everyone! I have ordered a few items: 1 handbag, some mobile phone accessories, 1 pair of tights, 1 top, hair extensions, 2 wallets and 1 face mask; for only around 30 €… which was a bargain! I had to wait quite a bit for my order to arrive but maybe because it was over the festive season… I haven’t been disappointed with one single item, they all were exactly as described.
Their customer service team is friendly and prompt. So I might try out for a second order, and my mom just placed one… So be patient, be careful when you pick your size/colour and you have no reason to worry about this site!
Banggood is a page with products at great prices, and most importantly the after sales service in case of problems, is excellent. I solved a problem I had to buy a tablet excellently and in no time. I have shown that it is a trusted site, I keep buying them.
