So I got this phone almost a week now, and it works great, quite smooth and visually stunning. Great camera, speed, and response time. However the speaker is soft, it have a bass booster but every time I activate it, it deactivates. I dont know if something is wrong with my finger, but the fingerprint reader never recognizes it on the first try. Don’t have 4G so couldn’t test it. But although it may have one or two flaws its a great phone at a great price. Would definitely Recommend. P.S. although customer service was great, they got a 4 star because of the website built, because although they said its in stock they didn’t have any.

Came across Coolicool whilst looking for a Elephone P6000, and this site came up with the item at a sale price, and therefore cheaper than most other places. Was dubious as i have had bad experiences with other far east companies, but new paying through Paypal my money was secure. So i ordered the phone, chose PostNL then sat back waited and hoped! The following day i had an email from Coolicool with my shipping number and in 15 days, my new phone was in my hand. My experience was faultless, and i would buy from them again without hesitation, but i would recommend PostNL, although a little slower but no need to pay custom fees.

The site is fraudulent. They advertised an item that they did not have in stock. They advertise items as EU stock and then ship from Singapore!! I had to pay the difference between item I ordered and another one they had in stock. Then when it arrived had to pay VAT on top of what I had paid. Ended up being much more expensive than other online retailers.
