    I paid for my products $ 44.42 and were lost, now Everbuying wants me to pay $ 20 to be resent!!! And according to Customer Service, it was my fault that the products got lost. Be aware, make all of your complains with Paypal or you will be losing you money with the “free shipping”. Not happy with Everbuying at all >:(

    I’ve received a wasn’t working cell phone and returned to they in the next day for the replacement since 28/06/2012, it costed me more than AUD60.00, but I still not receive the replacement yet, they said they did sent out and provided the tracking number RF095220295SG, I checked it with Singapore Post, China Post, Hong Kong Post and Australian Post, none of these could trace the item, I’ve also call the Singapore Post, Hong Kong Post and Australian Post, all they said the item information could not be found in their system, because the item never land in these countries, so asked EVERBUYING to provide the copy of original shipping document to proof that they did send the item for more than 3 times, but they never send it to me, now they are asking me to pay a compensation to them for resend again.

    I bought an iPhone charger from them. Great price, but it did not work. I requested a refund, but they told me they could not refund my money because “it would be too expensive, gentle person.” Do not order from them!

    BEWARE everybuying.com. After quickly taking my money it was 3 weeks before I had any communication from the company and that was an ad to buy more items. I have not received my items which were paid for Aug. 24, nor been able to contact anyone from this China base company since Aug 24. The only order verification that I have is the withdrawal they made from my card. Repeated attempts to contact anyone about the status of my items via their contact link went nowhere…literally nowhere, so I went to the order board and that link flies right through to all the many too good to be true priced items.. Just another Chinese scam company. I can’t believe I fell for it.

    DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!! I will never order from them again. It took nearly a month to get both of the orders I placed and the quality of the products was INADEQUATE! My iPod/iPhone charging accessories were falling apart (I literally had to super glue the cords back into the plugs). My computers will occasionally recognize that the chargers are plugged in and occasionally will not. EVERYTHING IS SHIPPED FROM HONG KONG and takes 3 FOREVERS to arrive . . . forget ever hearing back from Customer Service. I thought I was getting a bargain, but in this case . . . I got LESS than I paid for!

    I purchased two charger cords with wall plugs for our iPod and iPhone. The price was a bargain and the cords came in bright colors. Since I was dealing with an overseas country I opted for insurance and a tracking number for the free shipping option?.

    The tracking number never worked”. Once I received a notice that the chargers had shipped, the only information I could get with the number was “shipped”!. Luckily the wait for the products was not as long as the website suggested it could have been’.

    Once we tried to charge the iPod we immediately received an error message and had to reset the iPod:. Then we could charge the iPod for days but the iPod would hardly charge?. The iPod would charge fully and quickly with our other chargers”.

    We tried the other charging cord from Everbuying with the same poor results”. Since our purchase was under ten dollars I didn’t feel it was worth the hassle to attempt a refund, but I would not do business with this company again.

    In December of 2011, I bought my wife one of
    your Android V10’s. It never worked properly.
    It overheated, would not hold a charge after it was plugged in and lastly when my son was
    helping us with it played music that seemed
    to come Australia. This would indicate that
    the machine was used and shipped without being checked. I would like my money back.
    $180.00 for the machine and $58.00 for the one year warranty. Thank you Mr. Saragosa

    I have used them more than once with no ‘fraud’ problem. I think they are just a poor quality service organization. The goods are of variable quality for sure (poor quality or fakes mostly – be especially cautious with software) and orders are imported into the US by regular mail, registered on the customs forms as gifts so you as importer take the import duty risks. I don’t think they are fraud – just bad.

    Never make a purchase in the store.
    worked with them two years, can not be a 2nd order, but they were small and insignificant, there are a lot of the electronics, and things too. No customer service. Attitude – is terrible.
    Purchase from EVERBUYING.COM was important order for 20 cases for Galaxy P1000. Ordered the black, and came BLUE! The order was urgent. I had to send back a debate. But it did not take a package specifically and Paypal closed the debate in their favor. Of course all contact Wendy, Phoebe and other silent as rags.
    This store only one point to make, on the client newcomers. Constant fresh blood gives them a good bread. But people are not stupid and loyal customers such a service you do not get!

    I have to say, the customer service end of Everbuying is *AWFUL*. Between the language barrier and the plain fact that they don’t resolve any issues either timely or adequately, I won’t ever do business with them again.

    I had an issue with a laser pointer where the wrong product was shipped, they wouldn’t pay to ship it back, wanted it shipped to China (which would have cost me in the neighborhood of $17) and when I pushed back, they demanded that I pay a small fee to have the right product shipped! At a complete loss and weeks into the issue, I paid the fee and they shipped me an untagged frankly dull, unlensed laser pointer, which I can’t even get to make a dot from 10 feet of something, its more like a blue flashlight really. Clearly appalled at this point and with shipping time, nearly 2 months into this, money gone, no functional product, I contacted them again – after yet another week of going back and forth, the best they could offer me was a 5% discount on a future order. They aren’t willing to accept items back, they won’t ship out replacements, they offered 5% on something I haven’t even bought.

    They earned this review fully and I intend to proliferate it. AVOID EVERBUYING.COM.

    I have had tablet for not even 30 days and I have only been able to use two or three times. The battery dies down very quickly and the charger was faulty that was sent by ever buying. first the wireless internet would not work ever when sitting right next to modem. Finally after multiple manipulations were were able to get it to work. Then as soon as that happened the charger went out. The charger does not light up or even charge the product. It is a specific type of charger that is not common in US, so we have not been able to find it in local stores. I have made multiple attempts to contact everbuying regarding this problem and they are not helpful. they offered to ship new charger finally, but then tell me that I have to pay $2.00…ok fine I will pay the money, but please ship express and not china post. They never respond with pay details or whether they will send express. I am VERY unhappy with product quality and customer service of company and will never purchase from them again!

    Worst site ever. the customer service is the worst bar none. I had a customer that received a badly damaged item and paid over 26 dollars for it, they offered $3 dollar refund or nothing at all. Recently I placed and order to be shipped to a customer over a MONTH ago and she hasn’t received it, I contacted the post office and they said it was returned to Everbuying. I contacted everbuying and bounced me back and forth between filling out RMAs and customer service complaints for weeks now. I finally called to China from Dallas and got someone only to have them hang up in my face not once…but twice.

    I bought some things from everbuying and my customer never received it. She then open a lawsuit against me because she believed I took her money without the intention of giving her anything. I had to show her reciepts of where I purchased her item and order numbers to verify I placed the order for her to drop the suit. The customer is is non existent. There is no customer service! This company is just here for the money. They couldn’t care less about the fact that they are ripping you off every chance they get. Everbuying.co is NOT A SAFE BUY!

    I have purchased many things from Everbuying.com and must say that I have never had a problem. The price beat anything I could find locally or through online searches. I cannot say I have ever had to return anything, so this has yet to be experiences. Overall, I found excellent deals on this site and never had a problem with the goods purchased. I do not think I would purchase anything very expensive from a clearinghouse site like this and I doubt anyone could afford to sell things so cheaply if items were individually shipped from China. Point is, I have purchased things from Mega-seller Best Buy and had several defective products right out of the box. This store is right around the corner. I would not buy anything expensive from a site that claims to be based in China. You are begging for problems if you do.

    I received a compact package in ten days. Anyway, not bad deal. If it wasn’t for them I would never have got a adjustable Headlight, an earphone and a Portable Folding Knife at a low budgets.
