    Everbuying is such a great site, that I can only recommend it furhter.     I placed another order with Everbuying because of their excellent service and prices. This time I ordered an Android phone for my brother. The phone was defective; it would randomly turn itself off then get stuck in a reboot loop. I contacted customer support and requested a replacement. Within 24 hours, I was contacted with instructions on how to send the phone back for a replacement. The only drawback so far is that I had to pay the return shipping for the defective phone.

    To date it has been 35 days and no dash cam received. Tracking number does not work. If I had received it I was going to order a whole lot more. Lucky I’m only out $32.00 , could have been worse.

    I paid $40 to return a phone that cost $176. I lost $216.

    The Chinese made, no brand, smartphone they sent me was used and damaged when I got it. There was no additional padding beyond a bubble envelope. The items were not in their original packaging, the battery was charged and there were fingerprints all over the screen. They didn’t attempt to disguise their fraud.

    When I first started it I got an error message saying “the process com.android.phone has stopped”. The phone beeped during calls. I used it for a week and discovered several other damaged or substandard features. They promised a refund which never came. They drag out the process so long that you can’t submit a buyer protection claim from PayPal. The site looks very professional and they claim to have excellent buyer protection and customer support. Not true.

    These crooks seem to have layers and layers of deceit. One comment said they were sent to a third party for dispute resolution. Another said they used fake security and buyer protection badges. They are members of resellerratings.com, which itself appears to be a sophisticated scam.

    I PURCHASED ACCESSORIES FOR MY IPHONE 5 ON JAN 27, 2013 AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS.IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND I AM LIVID.

    I PAID WITH PAYPAL AND WILL PUT IN A COMPLAINT. I EMAILED EVERBUY.COM SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. THERE ARE NO CONTACT NUMBERS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL,. VERY UNHAPPY|.

    I ordered an ipad mini case and a stylus. I paid and they took my money right away, it said it should be here in 7-14 days, it’s been 21 days and I haven’t received anything. I tried calling they said it was a “Chinese holiday” at least, that’s why I thought I heard. And I tried emailing as well, and they STILL haven’t replied despite their 24′ reply policy. I just want my money back. It might not be a lot, but it could buy me a case somewhere else.

    Placed an order on 10/23/12 and paid $2 for a tracking number so that I could keep tabs on the items I purchased and ensure they didn’t get lost in the mail. Tracking number NEVER worked. It didn’t give me any tracking information. The best I got was that on 10/28/12, the items shipped.
    When I contacted customer service for tracking information and assistance, they continually told me, “don’t worry about it” and told me tracking information is not updated on time and I should track it myself. The then gave me a tracking website that is completely seperate from their own that I would have had NO way of knowing about had I not emailed to complain that their website tracking didn’t work. I call major scam on that one. They are charging people for tracking information and then not even giving them the tools to track items on their own!
    To top it off, it has now been almost an entire month since my order was placed, I have NOT recieved any part of my order, and the tracking website that they gave me DOES NOT WORK. When I enter in my tracking number it tells me that it cannot be found.
    So I have a month old order that hasn’t arrived, supposidly shipped over 3 weeks ago and I have no way of tracking it. Each time I tell them that I demand a refund I am told there is nothing they can do for me.

    I have dealt with many companies in China. Ran across these guys because they had a tablet I was interested in. Got it and it worked, but would freeze. They had me send it back and sent me a lesser quality refurb tablet instead. It worked for about 1 minute. They offered me a refund of $18 for the $129 tablet. 18 was really all it was worth to begin with.

    Do not ever buy from these crooks. I made the mistake of buying an unlocked cell phone and tablet. The products came damaged and filled out an RMA form. The company said they would refund after receiving product. I sent both products back to china and my cost was $58 us shipping. I had paid $140 for the products so total with shipping back was $198. The company after several week later said they were refunding me a total of $80 and did not cover shipping costs and charged a restocking fee. I reported them to BBB but being from China I dont think that worked. Anyway Im out around $120 or so. I guess lesson learned the hardway.

    Every item I bought either was returned or replaced by them. correspondence is extremely slow. I paid $86.00 for a phone that does not work and they will not respond at all. Shipping is extremely slow unless you pay for expedited then it arrives in about 4 days. If I don’t get a replaced phone then I have wasted every dime I ever spent on this company. SHOP USA!!!
