I have tried to use this site twice, because of recommendatiosn from friends, and it was a waste of time! The first was my wedding dress: I tried it on in a store, loved it, found it on that site, ordered it, and was VERY dissapointed with the results. It looked NOTHING like the dress I was expecting. Very CHEAP quality. NOT worth the money I paid. I requested a full refund, and they refused.
Second attempt: I am a bridesmaid for my friends wedding, and we all ordered our dress on that site. I ordered mine with plenty of time before her wedding, and they called to say it wouldn’t arrive in time. I offered to pay more money for a rush, speak to a supervisor, etc, to no avail. The woman I spoke to on the phone, Stacy, HUNG UP ON ME and refunded my order without my permission. I am now completely stuck without a bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding.
I would NOT recommend this site to anyone. DO NOT use it, you WILL be dissapointed!!!!
