    I too have had the run around from Customer service. After 30 days and 3 communications through live chat since their phone system just hangs up on you, I was told it could take 48 days and to just wait a few more days. Previous communication with them told me after 30 days they would expedite shipping on a reorder. I am now trying to find a physical address to file a fraud law suit against them. Any help? Found an address for London but it says for billing only. Maybe I should sent them a bill. This company appears to be a scam and very fraudulent.

    I bought this item and liked the style. Being it was a 3 piece set, I ordered 6 1/4 size. It was too tight when worn together. I tried wearing it a couple of days anyway but the leaf design was uncomfortable l and 6 3/4 will be too big. I contacted Jeulia to see about returning the set. I was told that the only way to return it was undamaged (no problem there) but also with ring size tag still attached. I don’t know about you, but it would be awkward to wear a ring out in public with the size tag still attached. I would not recommend Jeulia to anyone.

    ordered 10/28/2016. website stated 7-10 working days for delivery. after 7 days, it was changed to 8-15 working days until delivery. after 10 days it was changed to 9-25 days delivery. when i went on their site and did instant chat, the chats ranged from immediate disconnect to staying connected for hours just out of spite. they couldnt tell me anything except for ” please kindly understand ” and “sorry ” or my favorites, “busy season ” and ” black friday ” all of these excuses did not expedite my order any faster, nor did it appease me as the customer. after a few emails and chat sessions i was told 30 working days. i kept getting told ” just a few more days ” and when i found them on facebook, i decided to post on their page for other shoppers to read the fine print and be aware of the delivery times. it wasnt long before i was blocked from their page as well as instant message. to this day i have yet to receive my order. it still shows its in china via usps website. that too they used as an excuse. the usps website for not updating. not updating has nothing to do with the delivery times being changed as their orders filled and they got busy. no compensation. just excuse after excuse.

    They have responded, my response to them :

    Yes, I got your email. Your email states that you lost the order, and you want me to pay for shipping to send another one. No. I do not think so. No. You lost the ring. You pay shipping. Expedited. Or you can refund me my money.

    “Emily”, I expect a response in 24 hours. Either a full refund immediately or expedite the new order in arrival of 24-48 hours. Your choice.

    great service until I wanted to return ring. Complete run a round for days. who knows if I will recieve a refung

    I ordered one ring for my wife, which arrived and my wife decided she did not like it. Started the return process, and ordered two others that she liked better.
    I have been fighting to get a refund on the first ring for 6 weeks. After not getting a response from Jeulia directly, I filed a Paypal claim, once Paypal approved the return, Jeulia requested I ship the ring to a different address, which I did. It was returned with tracking confirmed 12 days ago with a refund promised, still waiting. Paypal states they have denied my claim and will not do anything else about it because it was returned to the “wrong address” even though I have proof that Jeulia requested I ship it to a different address.
    Once the second rings arrived my wife liked them, but within two days of wearing the black ring the black plating started flaking off. Jeulia has not responded to my complaint.
    So to sum up, the rings may be pretty to start with but the quality is only skin deep, customer service is non-responsive, and lies.
    DO NOT DEAL WITH JEULIA JEWELRY!!!

    Ordered an engagement on Cyber Monday. Paid extra for expedited shipping(2-4 business days). Two weeks later, still no ring. Sent emails, no response. Called their 800 number, not functional. Tried Facebook, no response. Jeulia is a scam!!!!

    I see Jeulia ring on facebook, while I want to customize the ring, so I contact their customer service, they told me that I could customize the ring, but it may takes 10 days for the factory to process it. I got the ring in almost 20 days after I make the payment, a little disappoint on the shipping time. While the ring is really gorgeous, my girlfriend loves it. So totally, it’s worthwhile.

    Waiting still 3days to talk about exhangeing a ring for different size . Customer service sucks cant ever get anyone to answer the phone ..why .?? It frustrating when a company wont answer .. It’s a shame love ..the ring its beautiful..just needed and exchange in the size and it’s taking for ever to get instruction on how or to talk with someone.. Answer YOUR phones !!!!!

      I almost feel that this company is very shady. They only have 1 person that answers the phone and she barely speaks clear English. If they don’t answer the message states that the wireless customer you have called does not answer please try back later. It took 5 days to get a hold of them because my order hasn’t even shipped yet and I paid extra to have it faster. Then any question you ask her she says I will send you an email and then I never get the email. I made my first order and I don’t think I will order anymore. Hope you can get a hold of them.

    I am deeply disappointed in the quality of this ring. When I first received it, I was thrilled with the beauty and striking appearance of the ring set. In return, I purchased a ring in the same metal for my fiance. As of today, I have been wearing it for about a month, and the rhodium plating is already flaking off. I realize it wasn’t an expensive ring, but I would have expected that the ring would last for a bit longer than 30 days. The description claims, “Rhodium plating will also make the metal more scratch resistant and, when used on silver jewelry, less prone to tarnishing.” This is patently untrue, based on the experience with my ring.

    For the record, I work from home making dollhouse miniatures. I have chronic pain, so I do not perform any strenuous activities– I cannot physically do anything that could damage the ring. I even have household help. I would return it, but the return policy is very clear and the ring is not unworn.

      I am having the same issue after only wearing mine for 2 days. The website states you have a year warranty for defects, tarnishing and discoloration in such a short period is a defect. Calling tomorrow, hopefully i can het ahold of someone

    The ring is very gorgeous, although it takes 7 days for me to get it. The package is delicate, it’s worthwhile for the purchase.

    This store is nice, I bought a necklace for my mom, I expected to get it before mother’s day, while the shipping is very fast, I got it yesterday. The necklace is beautiful, it’s a good gift for mother’s day.
