Long waiting, still no clothes but on their way in sweden now. First order my postservice here was bad, didnt get message that order was here so it was sent back. Mailed newchic and got very good service back, and refund for the clothes. Now im trying the fast shipping this time 🙂

I made two purchases from Newchic and I am happy with my buys. But I need to tell you a story about the second purchase – it is something! I ordered men’s trousers for hiking ($39.00). My post office had lost the thing! They delivered it to the other side of the town and dropped it somewhere that resembles my address. They admitted it. I was upset and shared my feelings with Jerry Chen, a person from Newchic customer services. He wrote to me that “We do understand how frustrated you are and feel terribly sorry for all the inconvenience caused. Do you want us to send a replacement for you?” And they sent me a replacement, although it was not their fault at all!
What a fantastic service! I am very much grateful to Mr. Chen and his team! You have a loyal customer now and I had already tell about this story to all my friends, relatives and neighbors.

I can’t imagine where all the negative reviews of Newchic come from. I just received my second order and I am as happy as I was after I got the first one. I have already placed my third order. my first experience was shoes and boots which I love and I did not wait long for the order.
My recent order (5 items) – I only wanted to keep 2 items, so unfortunately it took quite a few emails back and forth to sort out my concerns. Maney was great. What I still don’t understand is why I didn’t get free shipping as my order was over $96.00
Excellent customer service.
There was an error in a product description that led me to make an unsuitable purchase.
When Newchic received evidence of the error, they apologised, corrected the description and refunded the purchase price within a few days.
Very happy to shop with them again.
