I have ordered a Bluetooth to 3.5 jack audio converter.
– Arrived in 2-3 days (from EU warehouse to Germany), perfect.
– Doesn’t work as described in user’s manual – not so perfect.
– I ask them to resend the item, they do it – good again!
– Arrived in 2 days, had the same problem, reported again. They admitted and offered me a refund.
To summarize it: they are fast in delivery (EU warehouse), slow but kind in communication, quality is OK in average(I have many things from them and except these everything worked as should).
I have been shopping at Banggood for quite some time – selection is great and prices are very good. Quite often I was surprised with the speed of shipping! This time one of the items in my order was sent in the wrong size – after contacting customer service I received a replacement with no hassle at all! Great shopping experience!

wide assortments and fast processing of orders.
For 3 years I received only one item with quality problem and after short conversation
with banngood customer service new item was sent to me and shipping fees for
sending back defective item was refunded, so I like their customer support too.

I am very thankful to banggood.com as I have purchased this item n 4th June 2016 and it got delivered on 24th June.
Shipping is very good overall good packing but !!! when I opened the parcel the box was in good condition , Off Road car was in good condition, remote control was is good condition, got all the spares . Then I take off the battries from truck and take off the tape stuck on the battery terminals but the batteries were not working at all but Costumer support from banggood.com is very good they replaced the batteries. I recommend you to please buy the items from Banggood.com
