Very good customer warranty service . I ordered a rc car wltoys a979-b and it’s stop working after few days , soo i contacted customer service and they offer me replacement part totally for free.I totally recommend it !!
I asked warranty for two deffective new products and they approved (not yet received).
I had difficulties to explain again and again the problems, because service did not read again my former explanations. Finally they understood.
at first I was upset having to pay an extra £20 when parcel was stopped at uk customs but this was not banggood’s fault. Also a little unhappy that US customers pay less than us in the UK.
After I had a problem with product (rc truck) i contact banggood and they were very helpfull. good comunication regarding my issue and tried hard to help me. They send me the replacement parts to fix the truck so happy days.

Banggood recently sent me two of the same item. It took a few emails to get things straightened out. But with the high shipping cost to returen the item, they allowed me to keep the extra item. There customer service is excelent. I will continue to do business with them!
