Io sono alle prime ordinazioni tramite Banggood, fino ad ora ho avuto un problema con il mio ordine dipeso da me, devo ammettere che il fornitore è stato molto efficiente e mi ha assistito notevolmente rispondendo alle mie email, SONO STATI BRAVI devo ammettere, l’unico handicap è il periodo della consegna ci vogliono TROPPI GIORNI, se uno ha una neccessità deve comprare nel luogo dove vive, posso capire 25 giorni di attesa ma non 60 gironi. Saluti a tutti.

I’m customer of Banggood since than one more year. At the beginning, everything was great I mean, quality of product, the delivery et in particular the after-sales service. Since few months the quality is become bad because I have to contact several time Banggood by tchat due to lack of reply by mail. Now when the product is defect Banggood tell you to contact directly its providers!!! It is not acceptable.
