Problem solved
I had a problem in the delivery of the last order, Customer Care Service i offered total refund, but finally as arrived good. In other purchases never had a problem.

Italian Poste loses … Banggood solves!
Unfortunately Italians post offices “lose” too easily packets especially smaller ones.
Banggood has not the fault of this, and would not be obliged to reimburse the shipments did not lose from them.
However, until now all shipments that have not received me has reimbursed anyway Banggood.
So I can only say thank you and do my best compliments to customer support for the professionalism and seriousness demonstrated in aiding the customer.
Item did not arrive at my home so seller (Ivy) refunded my money. If it ever arrives, I will repay for this item.

I had a problem in the delivery of the selected product but, thanks to the professionalism and competence of the Customer Care Service I solved it. The problem was definitely related to the disservice of my Local Post Office in Italy and unfortunately Banggood endured the consequences. I’m very sorry. Congratulations instead to Banggood for the refund.
