Very good site . one of my favorite . I use it every month and I am perfectly satisfed . the customers service is excellent and really helpfull .the shipping method could be better , but for the present it’s good . for the rest .lot of good product with very good description and info . lot of games for win points or gift .ect … a marvelous shopping site .

PS: unfortunately often it is the Italian post that hold the package for ten days before delivery.
Just want to notice that the customer service on Banggoog most of time is above of expected. I have an experience of some years of internet shopping and it was no such case that Banggood service was unable to solve the problem. They just refund or resend the broken/damaged product, and i never was asked to return it back. The price sometime is higher than other stores, but usage of BG points can solve such problem 🙂 For summary – i can recommend this store.

This is a very best store.
The suppliers has been very well chosen, as they respond quickly, both in shipments and before any problem (although I have not really had more problems than a couple of delays in delivery, which I believe are due to the local carrier in Spain).
Banggood replied to my emails quickly and were always able to assist. Postage was relatively quick given the distance. I would definitely use again!
