i bought headphones and i sent at least 10 message they have not replied and i want to cancel my order i told them to cancel my order the day i bought them but no reply. im im starting to think this site is a scam. I want my money back
You should have paid with PayPal then open a case since they want respond or cancel your order.I ordered from them a couple times and got my merchandise,but reading a lot of reviews about sending broken not working headphones
THESE PEOPLE THINK ALL WHITE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. I RECEIVED THIS ITEM BUT IT ARRIVED PHYSICALLY DAMAGED, MAKING A CLICKING SOUND AND DIDN`T WORK AT ALL. SELLER SAID SEND PICTURE SO I SENT MANY PICTURES AND EMAILS BUT THEY DIDN`T RESPOND. THEY ONLY INSURE THE ITEM FOR A FRACTION OF WHAT IT`S WORTH SO IF IT ARRIVES DAMAGED DON`T THINK YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. THEY IGNORED ALL SEVEN OF MY EMAILS. THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE A BROKEN HARD DRIVE.
yea i bought the fake dre beats headphone from fyygame.com and the headphones came broken do not buy from them i emailed them they said ill give you discount and cash coupon these people are frauds do not buy from fyygam.com this is cheap quality buy from budgetsgadgets.com they are alot better
Sold me defective items and I kept sending them messages to give me money to return the items back but they don’t reply to any and on there website it clearly states they do refunds and pay for it. All I want is to return the items they sold me for working ones but they do not message me back.
Placed an order 1/1/2012 and paid via Paypal. Started sending emails to customer service about a month later when the order wasn’t received. The first few were answered with the item is on the way, but tracking information was never available. When I asked for a refund or a reshipment via verifiable means, they stopped answering emails. Needless to say, I never received my order or a refund. I had waited too long to file a dispute via Paypal, so I was out of luck. My recommendation is to stay away. Hopefully Paypal will stop processing payments on their behalf so more people don’t get ripped off.
