Покупаю я тут уже как 2.5 года. Товар всегда качественный и меня все устраивает. Если товар есть в наличии отправляют этим же днем. Большой выбор, новинки сразу появляются. И если с товаром есть какие то проблемы служба поддержки всегда отвечает быстро, и принимает сторону покупателя! У меня не разу не было проблем как с АЛИ, когда мне за брак давали 10% от товара, гербест всегда возвращает 100% и приносит свои извинения! Это очень приятно! Одним словом я очень доволен магазином, заказывал там и буду еще не раз!

Познакомился с GearBest ровно год назад, с тех пор я забыл про торговые площадки вроде Aliexpress. За год- несколько десятков заказов, общей стоимостью около 1000 евро- в основном, детали для электронных сигарет, аксессуары и расходники.
В отличие от Aliexpress, Ebay и прочих торговых площадок, где всегда есть риск нарваться на подделку, GearBest- это качество. Если написано “Original”- не сомневайтесь, товар будет оригинальным безо всяких вопросов.
Все посылки дошли, ни одна не пропала. Упаковка на уровне, внутри обязательно список заказанного барахла, с которым можно свериться.
Но больше всего радует сервис. Заказав с GearBest бак TFV8 Cloud Beast от Smok и эксплуатировав его некоторое время, я столкнулся с проблемой, когда на RBA базе при прожиге койла расплавился изолятор под стойкой, в результате чего я получил КЗ. Подумав о странности такой изоляции, я заказал еще одну RBA- базу c GearBest- через неделю эксплуатации я получил ту же проблему. Потом была еще одна база, история та же. Несколько удивившись такому свойству изоляции, я написал на GearBest отзыв об этой RBA-в целом позитивный, но качество от компании SMOK я раскритиковал. Бак прожорливый да и поднадоел- я закинул его в дальний угол и забыл.
Каково было мое удивление, когда customer support сами открыли тикет, связались через него со мной и спросили, в чем проблема. Я объяснил, описав все детали и добавил, что это косяк SMOK. Теперь вишенка на торте: customer support сами предложили вернуть мне деньги за RBA базу. Кроме того, они отыскали среди моих заказов предыдущую такую же, по которой я претензий не предъявлял,и вернули деньги в т.ч. за нее. Я рассказал об этом случае многим друзьям, и клиентов у GearBest прибавилось десятка на полтора. Потому что, когда тебя уважают и по-человечески относятся… это достойно внимания.
