    Everyone, I read your reviews only to find that I’m in the same boat.
    I was so excited when my “mother of the bride” dress arrived, but that was short lived. I immediately contacted the company via email and left several messages with no response to date. With so little time to shop for another dress, I thought about alteration, but not for a cost of $400. This, was my first & last time to ever shop for a dress online, unless it is made in the USA. I will do as others did and contact my institute, in order to get my money back.
    I hope these many reviews will help others to avoid the many SCAM …buyer beware

    As others have stated, they have stalled, asked for pictures of the dress (front and back)measurements etc. They treat everything as a joke.

    Like many other customers, we received a dress that did not resemble the one pictured on the website, the dress had stains on it, was poorly constructed, looked as if it had been returned and then re-sized, etc. We followed the return policy by immediately reporting the quality issues with the dress and were offered a series of low-ball offers of rebates ($10, then $20 then $40)to keep the dress, along with instructions to take it to the dry cleaners and to buy another petticoat to make it look like it should have in the photograph! Dry cleaning would not solve the issue with lace on the dress that is poorly sewn down and that does not match the photograph! We have returned the dress and have also alerted the bank. Whereas I don’t want to unfairly accuse the company of bait and switch as well as delay tactics, that is what it feels like has been happening. I don’t believe that this company is trustworthy at all!

    I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH THIS COMPANY VIA PHONE AND EMAILS FOR DAYS. KEEP GETTING AN ANSWERING MACHINE. THE DRESS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE IN 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS. TODAY IS THE 7TH BUSINESS DAY AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER MY CALL I HAVE ALREADY CONTACT THE CANADIAN BUSINESS BUREAU AND I AND FILING A CLAIM AGAINST THEM FOR PUNITURE DAMAGES THIS IS A PROM DRESS NOW WE HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER ONE ELSE WHERE.

      Make sure you file a dispute with your credit card company to try and get your money back. This company is a nightmare. No one will call you or answer any e-mails until you file a dispute. I’ve been fighting with them for 3 months now trying to return a dress. My credit card company credited my account and we’re waiting for IZI dresses to respond. UPS wants $162.00 to ship the dress back and I want IZI to send me a return shipping label which they won’t do.

      James, I read your review, and guess what I am having the same problem. I had ordered a dress for my daughter’s wedding, I had to send an email to them to find out why they had sent out my dress. A few days later they sent it out, I had paid for FedEx and they shipped it UPS and it came the day of my daughters wedding, but I already purchased another dress that I wore. And to boot the dress didn’t even fit me. So I have sent several email them for a return address, and they just won’t send it to me. On top of that now they are asking for photos of my measurements and myself holding the dress up. I am getting really pissed off at the whole situation. They sent me an email saying they would require a 50% fee for material, if I should get a refund. I told them I had already paid for the material they used in making the dress, why would I paid them again.I paid extra for FedEx shipping. Now they are trying to tell me that UPS is more expensive. So what did they do they went in to their web site and changed the amount around to make it look like UPS cost more. And when I had ordered my dress FedEx was the expensive one and few days to receive. I am losing my patience with this company. I had also told them that I was going to contact the BBB in America to see if they can close they website down, they also have others like prom dresses. I am so mad about this. I just wanted my money back, Oh and they said.”they would not refund the shipping either.” I am going to see what I can do. Thanks for sharing your review, I thought was alone in this matter.     DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE DRESSES I RECEIVED ARE NOT ACCURATE. I ALSO ORDERED AN IVORY AND RECEIVED WHITE.
    I CALLED ALL THE PHONE NUMBERS FOR RETURN INFORMATION AND NON OF THEM WORK. I DISPUTED WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. KAREN THIBODEAUX LAKE CHARLES LA 70601

      I’m glad you filed a dispute with your credit card – I did the same. Got my bill yesterday and the money is credited to my account. I think it’s the only way to get your money back. They’re not going to pay for return shipping and I haven’t heard from them for a couple of weeks so I’m hoping I’ve heard the last of them. People don’t have to be out their money and stuck with something that’s not right. I hope more people with problems will file a dispute with their credit card and at least get their money back.

    Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered a dress from them. The dress was too tight and I couldn’t even zip it up. Return shipping starts at $104.50 and I’ve been fighting with them since January for a return shipping label. I ended up doing a dispute with my credit card company which froze the money to them. The keep telling me to lift the dispute and I don’t have to return the dress and they will give me a full refund. They must really think I’m stupid. They will not send a return shipping label because the shipping is too high. If you have a problem with this company do a dispute with your credit card company. They have until the end of the month to respond to my credit card company and if they haven’t resolved the dispute they don’t get paid. I’ve learned my lesson to read reviews before I order anything and DO NOT order from China.

    The dress was not as shown on the web page and I asked for my money back, they even stated in there reply to me that they were sorry for the misrepresentation of the dress I order 3/4 length sleeve and they sent narrow long sleeve the picture was nothing like dress it was padded and unsuitable to ware and even though they said they misrepresented the product they would not let me return the dresses. I ordered 2 and both a mess. As it states in the clause if it is there problem or issue caused by them. Do not deal with this company they do the honor there own guidelines. Very frustrated with their lack of customer service. I wish I had seen some of these reviews before hand.

    I ordered a dress from their website, and when I received it, it was tragically different from the picture on the product page. The product page showed a sleek, fitted, lacy top, and the dress I got had a terribly ugly lace pattern (very different from the advertised lace), and there was THICK padding under the lace (there was NO visible padding on the product page, nor any information leading me to believe the lace was even lined, let alone thickly padded). It fit terribly and was honestly like they had sewn a dress over a 1980’s power suit. I filed a complaint and asked for a full refund and included pictures of the monstrosity they sent me compared to the beautiful dress advertised on the site. They said the dress is “no more than 10% different” and offered me $10 for my complaint. Absolutely terrible. This is a terrible, fraudulent company.

      Laura, Your conplaint is similar to mine. my dress was awful! They forgot to cut the remaing zipper that was left,the seams were not trimed, it were to long, the lining were too thick, the zipper caused the dress to puck up in back.I cann go on & on about this tragedy . It is my 75th birthday celebration and no gown ! They won’t return any of my calls !

    Too numerous to state everything bad everyone else has said. I purchased a dress online at IziDresses. I ordered according to their measurement chart. I immediately began calling the customer service number 1-780-800-0307ringing. So I tried a live chat again and this time I got a message that there isn’t anyone available I checked with FedEx and the shipping cost along to China was approx $130. So, I certainly can’t afford to spend more $$ to ship it back than I paid in the first place. Please tell me how to proceed with this company and this dress.

    Habe ein Kleid für meinen Abschlussball bei izidress.de bestellt. Nachdem ich die Bewertungen gelesen habe, war ich sehr geschockt und besorgt.
    Heute ist mein Kleid pünktlich aus Singapur gekommen und ich bin positiv überrascht. Es sieht genau so aus wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte und die Qualität ist auch in Ordnung. Da ich meine Maße eingegeben hatte, sitzt es auch sehr gut.
    Ob ich wieder bei izidress.de bestellen werde, muss ich mir wegen der vielen negativen Bewertungen gründlich überlegen. Ich, für meinen Teil, bin mit meinem Kleid sehr zufrieden.

    Ich bin zufällig auf izidress.de gestoßen.
    Die Seite ist auf Deutsch und sehr professionel, wodurch ein gewisses Vertrauen entstand.
    Umso größer war die Überraschung nach Bestellung.
    Nach ca. 2,5 Wochen hatte ich einen Brief vom DHL Zoll im Briefkasten, in dem ich aufgefordert wurde einen Wertnachweis einer Sendung aus China zu erbringen. Nach kurzer Recherche habe ich festgestellt, dass es sich um die bestellten Kleider bei Izidress handelt. Izidress hat versucht die Kleider zollfrei aus China nach Deutschland einzuführen. Hierfür hat izidress eine Rechnung der Sendung beigefügt, wo der Warenwert auf 15$ deklariert. Abschließend musste ich 53€ extra an Zollgebühren für diese Sendung zahlen. Kleider sind extrem klein und die Qualität scheint okay zu sein.

    I received my dress in the mail yesterday. The size I ordered was true to their sizing chart and the size I normally order. The dress doesn’t fit and no one is responding to my phone calls, emails, live chat. Please don’t do business with this company I sure wish I didn’t I am out $136.00 of my hardworking dollars. Buyers Beware!

    I bought a dress without the knowledge of all these bad complaints and thought that my dress would never come so I went to another store and being that prom was only a couple weeks away, spend over $300 on another dress. We were going to contact our credit card company. Until the dress did end up coming on time and it was absolutely perfect! I ended up not even wearing the $300 one that I bought.

      How long did you’re dress take to come? I ordered 2 dresses and I read the reviews after I ordered. I’m a little worried since I ordered them at the end of January.
